out patient clinic, you have time, unless the test are very common ones,

3. Ask doctor before he leaves. Don't be shy to ask doctor about price. They

我只知道生物，在这里，学术圈基本上是个名利场；大家比的是名气而不是科学贡献，
当然，这个领域的贡献也比较难明确定义。
我自己写文章和RO1的时候就有明显的感觉，一定要吹，不吹根本通不过，因为所有的
竞争对手都在吹。并且NIH把“忽悠”体制化：broad impact, innovation这种虚头八
脑的东西跟research strategies（科学内容）并列成为评判标准。
麻痹的broad impact这种东西难道不是别人在看到你的科研成果以后来评价的吗？现在
倒好，一开始画饼的时候就要求你王婆婆自买自夸。
还有innovation, 更特么搞笑，第一页了一定要出现transformative, disruptive这种
词汇。麻痹的，突破性进展出现的频率到底特么有多高？一个领域里五年出一个就不错
了，尼玛现在倒好，要求所有研究都往那上面靠。
这种风气下竞争出来都是些会吹牛，会跟风的salesmen。 |

issue prior to going out and test driving the outbacks. Both ones I drove
didnt have it. I was waiting for a green one and when that arrived--it had
it the issue but I wasnt overly worried about it since it seemed like an
easy fix once id'd.
