混大妈这两周异常用功,恶补跑步的基本知识。 仔细阅读了The Ultimate Marathon
EBook 1 遍, Haddock 1.5 遍,还完成了买来后只翻过几页的HM。 回想过去近半年
的跑步历史, 可以说什么都跑过,就是没有跑过easy run!
于是过去的两周里*苦练*了 easy runs, 共跑了9个在不同 心率,温度, 湿度下的
easy runs,共80多麦。 不跑不知道,一跑吓一跳, 真正的悲喜交加。 悲的是真正
的easy run下,pace是如此之低。 三个HR140的pace是
@143 pace 10:22 temp 82F hum 17%
@142 pace 11:07 temp 91F hum 41%
@140 pace 10:01 temp 68F hum 88%
喜的是easy run真是easy, 连续四天共37麦下来,感觉一点都不累,每天随时想跑就
又可以跑,要不是时间有限制, 每周5,60麦应该不成问题:)。 同时仿佛也找到了
我心中滞留很久的疑问的答案(至少我认为)。

上周六去Washington dc 跑了north face 的 50km, 成绩非常一般 7小时43分钟,不过
天时(天气酷热,当天34度,感觉40度),地利(从多伦多一路开车过来,跑前只睡了
4个小时觉),人和(跑前训练不规律,尤其缺乏山地训练)都不在, 最后能够顺利完
成,没有中暑,抽筋,受伤就算成功。
记一下具体的过程,比较唐,希望能给一些像我这样的基础差,训练不系统,指望快走
就能搞定trail running 的人的经验教训。
这个比赛是两个月之前定的,目的主要是适应/体验一下trail running 的感觉,并为
utmb攒一个点数,目标是不受伤完成就好,希望能在7小时之内跑完。
跑前有训练,但是因为工作忙,还有出差,所以跑的不系统,最高的一周大约50km, 其

读过Y哥的新手指南及各位大侠对long run的建议,于是也就明白了long run要跑慢练
慢肌(slow-twitch)。但是究竟多慢是足够慢,而多慢是太慢(从而变成了junk
miles)?
我最早知道的马拉松plan不是AM宝典计划而是"第一"F.I.R.S.T. 计划。此计划的
Long Run pace 是在 10K pace 的基础上加60到75秒/mile。我在RunningFree的免费马
拉松培训班的教练给我的建议是(预计)MP的基础上加20秒/km(约32秒 /mile),转
换后这个pace跟前者几乎是一样的。
于是我在准备debut半马时就严格按照这个pace(4:55 - 5:00/km)来跑的所有的long
run。但是在跑最后两个long run(22k, 19k)时,跑到最后觉得不是那么轻松,于是
对开始预定的4:26/km的HM pace(1:33:34)也没有太大信心,表示怀疑了。当然最后
真正比赛时可能是鸡血的作用,但我觉得更多的还是归功于long run训练时的pace,跑

Perhaps I should clarify a bit more. When I say slowing down, it's mostly in
recovery runs and some mid long runs. If you look at my log, my long runs
are often the fastest run of the week -- for instance, even though I'd run
sub 6:40 in tempo runs, it averages to maybe 7:30 pace when warm up and cool
down are included. My long runs on the other hand often average to 7:2X or
even 7:1X pace. But I don't try to go out fast in long runs. I normally take

large drops. But for my badminton shoes, no problem

我的理解:
你long run 的pace 是如何决定的。是你希望的成绩还是基于自己的估计。
--根据最近一次all out的5k成绩确定。
你long run 的目的是什么?是提高耐力还是让身体提高对糖原的储存。
--提高耐力,身体提高对糖原的储存是有上限的。
你long run 的recovery 时间要多久,如果你跑到 race pace的话
--这个因人而已。
如果你long run 的pace是 race pace,那你tempo 的pace要是多少
如果 你tempo和long run 在同一pace的话,是不是有什么地方不对
--long run 的pace是 race pace加二十到三十秒. tempo只是二十到四十分钟,应该
比race pace快(说的是马拉松)
如果我们平时的long run 是race pace的话,而且我们的training 距离也是26 miles
,那我们比赛前是不是就不用taper了。
--距离跑一般最多就是22,上面说的20+6是professional的做法。

不懂如何改变,只能分享我个人经历。我是随着跑步俱乐部给的训练计划跟着大家集体
训练。我tempo run 和interval的速度与你的相似;但我的long run速度比你快40秒左
右,我用这个速度跑long run不正规,经常被主教练说我的long run速度太快,他又说
我能以这样的速度跑long run,说明我跑tempo run 和interval没尽力:-)));我没
有easy run,被踏椭圆机代替了。

最容易导致受伤的不是跑量,而是跑太快,尤其是interval...
其实各个计划都大同小异,每周1-2个hard run+1个long run, AM每周只有一个hard
run, 但是加了一个medium long run, 我个人觉得还是tempo/mp run 更有价值一些...
其他的easy run随便安排就好了,这也是jack Daniels的大体思路...
pace的话,大致可以按照5k pace =10k -15秒,hm pace =10k+15s, mp =hm +30s 这么
算,interval按5k pace 跑,long tempo按mp-hmp之间pace 跑,short tempo按hmp-
10k之间 pace 跑...
long run照mp+(30-60s) 跑吧,easy run就随意了,拿不准就宁慢勿快...

say you're a 30:70 underdog. the first run is strictly 30:70. if you lose,
then you get better than odds in the second run because the same outs are
still there.
but if you win the first time, the odds will be worse during the second run.
so maybe it's even no matter run it once or twice? but not quite yet. if
you used more than necessary out (assuming 1) during one run, it hurts you
during all following runs.

没想到你居然来跟我纠缠hit and run的法律定义。ok,既然你知道wiki,表明
还是有基本的智商去做搜索的,不过怎么就得出了我的case就不算hit and run
这样stupid的结论呢?就算你不懂wilki定义里的fixture是什么意思,旁边的那幅

In an inning, runs can be earned and unearned at the same time. here,
unearned run is to the team, while earned run is to the pitcher.

Today I went to a local cross country run which had 8k, 5k and 1 mile run. A
lot of high schoolers running.It was in the hilly woods on trails.
My time was 35:07.It was my first time run a 5 mi. My target was 35 min.It
was a pretty good run. But I had a bad start.Many high schoolers running 5k
started in front of me, it took me longer to get to ahead. During the
running, I had to tie my loosened shoelace once.
Ok, I got my 8k PR today!

This morning I did something I haven't done in 8 months -- running outdoors
without 305. running suddenly became pure and more enjoyable. Instead of
chasing a pace, running against the clock, I'm running with the clock,
chasing the next runner ahead of me, exploring new trails, and for the first

近700人参加,分两组:比赛组跑5KM;另一组跑2.5 KM。
就一个字:热。5KM跑完,心差点没从口中吐出来。虽然做了热身活动,肌肉在赛完疼
得不行。我特别怕在有太阳的天气里跑,疲劳感特别快就来临,瞬间的绝望感只有靠暗
地里自骂才能被喝退。5KM距离虽然不长,跑完了比平时练10KM还累,还悲催。

Less than 24 hours after nyc triathlon, I’ve already feel 90% recovered, so
I decided to run to work as usual. The run felt so easy and it became a
tempo run after 1 mile warm up. I can’t help comparing the intensity of
triathlon races to running races.
Here is an approximate intensity comparison, at least to me:
sprint = swim + 10k
olympic = swim + half marathon
half iron = swim + marathon
iron = swim + 50 miler
double iron = swim + 100 miler

刚刚在网上瞎看了下,这就是所谓的forefoot running么?这样子跑会不会很伤脚踝呀
?另外对小腿的肌肉呢?跟正常的姿势交替着跑?
PS. 那个。。。其实我是希望自己小腿强壮可以长跑但是肌肉块不要太明显的。。。

I had first morning run yesterday(started 6am for an hour).
Usually what do you guys eat for the morning run? I used to eat breakfast
if I run at 8am. But for 6am, I did not have enough time. So I had one
banana and one energy gel. Just want to see what you guys ate for similar
runs.
Also, this running group(around 10 people) did 2X 2mile repeats after
2 mile warm up. I felt a little bit tired at the 2nd 2 mile run(It was

New York City (AFP) - An American grandmother, who on Sunday was the oldest
woman to compete in the New York marathon, died a day later. She was 86.
Joy Johnson from San Jose, California, took just under eight hours to
complete the 26.2-mile (42.2km) race through all five boroughs of the
biggest city in the United States.
She stumbled and hit her head at around the 20th mile. But she went to the
