发帖数: 2165 | 3 今天早上本来打算跑20迈的，结果天气太热，75度100%的湿度，最后只跑了18迈就草草
结束。
这次采用了progressive的方式，从10分pace开始，每迈减5秒，最后稳定到9分的pace。
结果按这个方式跑下来还是很累的，最后两迈实在hold不住，pace就掉下来了。
最后跑完发现右腿的膝盖外侧疼，都不太敢弯腿。不知道这是不是得了ITBS？ 不过我
下午用cold roller roll大腿的时候倒是不疼。
上次23迈long run后伤了PF，不过问题不大，一个星期就run through了。不知道这次
能不能也run through。还在犹豫要不要跟着计划跑明天的recovery run |

别被我的long run的pace迷惑，我的long run基本上都是竭尽全力了，甚至比MP还快，

People who are able to run ultramarathons must be healthier than general
population. i can't imagine most of patients with cardiovascular diseases or
cancers are willing to or able to run ultra. The problem is those ultra
people may be even more healthy if they hadn't run that much.

I am running Win2K *inside* Solaris 8 on this machine.
I downloaded mysql-3.23.49-win.zip and installed
under the Win2K system. Every time, when I run
mysql.exe at c:\mydql\bin, I get such an error message.
ERROR 2003: Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)
I run the same version of MySql at home with my PC
which runs Win2K. I don't have this problem at home.
Can anybody kindly educate me please?

ssh 后来断了，看得出for loop还在run, 因为output一直在更新. 但问题是jobs
command已经没有任何信息了 。

screen -S TITLE # start with session named TITLE from a terminal, you then
can run your command inside it and don't even have to append & to run it in
background
type Ctrl-a d to detach from the session or simply close your terminal.

interactively so that I can see the intermediate output. Now the problem is
that my linux machine sometimes dies and then my job on IBM machine stops.
Poor me, one and half day running job lost.
Is there some method that I can put the job in background(so that job on IBM
keeps running even if my linux machine dies) and see the intermediate results
at the same time ?

2012年6月6日是National Running Day
昨天骑车游泳狠了，今天有点疲劳。
但是好歹是个节日，正好跑个10公里，顺便实验一下三项的装备。
于是身穿pearl izumi连体tri suit，脚踏mizuno宇宙四代跑鞋出发了。
前半程跑的很爽，后半程又起风了掉速严重，结果差了几秒没能PR。
平均心率171，大概是80%最大心率。 |
