Prop 8 的判决倒是有很多种可能, 但broad ruling的可能几乎为零. 庭辩之后学习了
不少评论, 我觉得最大的可能是以上诉方缺乏standing为由dismiss. 这样, 下级法院
的判决依然有效, Prop 8被推翻, 但只限于加州.
