涕，眼泪，不发烧。基本上没吃什么饭。平时中饭和晚饭都要吃一小碗菜粥。这几天一
天就靠几瓶奶。今天去看了医生也没说什么。看宝宝难受。咳嗽有痰，就是不会吐出来
。感觉又被他吞下去了。医生说可以试试蜂蜜 或 vicks vap rub.刚刚查了vicks vap
rub好像不建议给2岁以下的宝宝用。妈妈们有什么给宝宝去痰止咳的好办法啊！ |

你怎么不说我天天喂奶，泵奶呢？ 你每天换尿布的时间加起来，有没有给她喂奶，泵
奶，洗奶瓶的时间多？ 当然这也没什么，我当妈的，都是应该的。
生小孩之后的几个月里，我的手腕都很疼，手指一度疼得无法伸直。连一个奶瓶都抓不
住，更别提给她换尿布，我根本抓不住她。给她喂奶的时候，也必须用Glider，用
nrusing pillow。我就是连把宝宝从一边换到另一边喂奶，都抱不住她，手腕的疼的直

him, i tried all of these:
1. Let his daddy do the burping job (tape top back and rub one direction, up
or down, on lower back) for a couple of minutes.
2. If "1" doesn't work, lay him down, then pick him up, usually I heard a "
burp".
3. Rub his back/tommy in a circle to make him sleep well.
4. Always let him sleep with his head high on my shoulder/chest for 15 minutes

入托也是两、三周）就没发呆了，能扎堆一起玩什么的。但是娃的个性有差异，不是每
个娃都是大呼小叫特别social的，只
要娃是心情平和的，发呆一会儿也无妨。
我还真没问啥时候联系方便，我打算今天早点接，趁老师不忙，聊几句。主要是今天做
干预的老师总偷懒，我得跟daycare
通个气儿，daycare那些老师我还是放心的。

一去发现有isopropyl和Ethyl的rubbing alcohol.抬头向天怎么也不知道这俩词啥意思
，看说明半天也没明白，因为几乎一样，只是isopropyl多说了句does not contain,
nor is intended as a substitute for grain or ethyl alcohol.
拿着问店员说用来洗blade，他说没啥区别哪个都行。。。就拿了iso。。。
开头还犹豫半天浓度，觉得是不是应该买90%的那个，，，后来决定还是听建议的。呵
呵。
剃须刀是家人买的，用了有些日子，还算好用，没事也不想换的。

Turkey rub:
1 tsp Sage
2tsp Kosher salt
2tsp black peperr
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp thyme.
it did not state how big the bird should be.
I make *5 for the rub, and just put as much as i like. |

第一步 买肉,一般用 pork spare rib 做，还有一种st louis style spare rib是前者
去除了裙边，更适合。这次backrib促销，就用backrib做了。
第二步 冲洗，去除背面的膜，沥水，后擦干
第三部 准备RUB，我常用这个，简单，效果也不错，盐:黑胡椒：paprika：白糖：红糖
=1:1:1:5:5
第四部 抹rub，抹完，肉肉非常性感，我喜欢腌过夜
第五步 起火，喜欢用 chimney starter,塞两团纸即可。
第六步 没有smoker，就用经典的weber one touch gold 22.5寸代替，左边一滩水，右
边一滩煤球。一滩水的
作用防止肉过干，铝盘还能接住滴下来的油脂。
第七步 架肉在水盘上方，1-2块肉直接放上去即可，离火6寸多。肉多的，不要直接叠

“rub“，也不算离谱，因为我听过专业人士解释搓球就是“rub”球头，这符合这个动
作的特点。没听到用：chop。Cut好像不是搓球，和slice差不多。
推球用push是比较标准的。
勾对角：cross net flight or shot。
吊球中的切击一般是slice shot吧？Cut也用。
挡网用blocking非常常见，intercept则更广义些，前中后场都可以用，而block基本指
net blocking。对应的中文用封堵比较贴切。 |

发帖数: 5728 | 24 今天去看了猛禽，不过没新车，是used的，2012年跑了一万多迈，dealer的价格最低是
52000，这太过分了，定辆新的不过是55000~57000，两年半的旧车还跑了1万多迈，只
降了3000刀，dealer说这车很保值，我怀疑是忽悠成分居多，油耗还超高，和F350一样
，哪有这么保值的，两田也没这么保值。
倒是差点换了FX4 Off Road，幸好后来签字时候不满意dealer给的trade in价格，等新
款的铝壳看看，或者开几年等下一代产品稳定了再换。
有关换轮胎，确实可以换，加高的F350能换345的大轮胎，不lift的话，网上说没有
rubbing的话，最多换295轮胎，我给monmouth truck打了电话，他们的sales说可以换
315的轮胎，接电话的女生说估计305可以，但我都怀疑他们说的是否准确，老美皮卡和
柴油论坛等，大多说的都是没有rubbing可换295的，再多就要做一些trimming。
换轮胎我个人的主要concern是担心safety问题，厂家做的都经过设计，猛禽的轮胎是

中文。我告诉他这叫“临阵磨枪”。他要我解释这句成语，于是我翻开他桌上的一本汉
英词典。书中对该成语的解释是：“To rub one’s gun before the battle.”他马上
笑得前仰后合，说：“Yes, yes. What a good idea. I should have rubbed my gun
