I just got a roll from walmart in the home paint section. 54c. don't
think you need to buy the $3-4 stuff in the auto section.
and as long as your sand paper is fine enough (above 1500), usually you
won't damage the clear coat a lot. to test it, pour some water in that
scratched area. if it goes away, then surely you can remove it by gently
rubbing with rubbing |

rubbing compound 和 sand paper，据网站上的教程说，是先上primer，然后base
color，再clear coat，最后用rubbing compound。我的问题是上完primer 之后是否需
要用sand paper，有些网站说要，有些说不要。scratch最大的和和小拇指甲盖差不多

回来, 哭丧着脸说以开出去就rubbing了, 但是说很喜欢这幅RIM, 能不能便宜点儿. 本
来开850的,后来说既然你已经来了, 我就让你100, 他欣然答应了... 我问他回去准备
如何? 他说他会换Lowprofile snow tire试试看,如果实在不行就再出掉, 看来他有信
心再加钱卖掉. 不过说实话,Style 184的确漂亮,比550i sports pacakge 的172好看不
少. 准备再上335的时候就搞5 spoke了.

顺着骨头切开，用bbq酱（认准sweet baby rays）和steak rub腌上，冰箱一夜。
烤箱预热350F，翻面朝上慢慢烤，出去溜达一圈~
翻面，再补一些steak rub，撒层孜然，调低一点到300F，再出去溜达一圈~
稍稍broil一下下，好啦~~
配的小包菜切开，盐水煮到酥软直接就很好吃，另外可以拧些黑椒上去 |

去除了裙边，更适合。这次backrib促销，就用backrib做了。
第二步 冲洗，去除背面的膜，沥水，后擦干
第三部 准备RUB，我常用这个，简单，效果也不错，盐:黑胡椒：paprika：白糖：红糖
=1:1:1:5:5
第四部 抹rub，抹完，肉肉非常性感，我喜欢腌过夜
第五步 起火，喜欢用 chimney starter,塞两团纸即可。
第六步 没有smoker，就用经典的weber one touch gold 22.5寸代替，左边一滩水，右
边一滩煤球。一滩水的
作用防止肉过干，铝盘还能接住滴下来的油脂。
第七步 架肉在水盘上方，1-2块肉直接放上去即可，离火6寸多。肉多的，不要直接叠
在一起，专业的用rib rack，廉价解决方案，弄成肉卷，缺点是做完了是弯的。低温长
时间熏烤，上下通风口留一条缝即可。密封不好的烤炉可以把通风口关掉。
第八步 控温，250-275F 为理想温度，如果有无线温度计，会更便捷监视温度，一边灌
水，一边监视温度

- Large 13" rim on the top, much narrow on bottom

- Coating on the inside surface to protect from oxidation, rusting rubs off

hard water stain on tile? how can you see it? when you talk shower door, you
can talk hard water stain, not tile. For tile, you will not notice it.
Cleaning tile is more for cleaning grease and dirt. the steamer is the only

the adjacent doors rub their frames and the lower level doors rub their
frames in this and below this area. Also is the floor sloped and upper and
lower levels. Usually not a ongoing problem and has been settled years ago
and never repaired. Cracks up and down are normal, but that is a long and
horizontal crack is indicating settlement for sure. Could be an issues but
one photo is not enough for me to make a conclusion.”

呵呵，我最关心的是下面“两句话”，其它都是废话。一再的提醒大家就是要找成熟的
师傅。一个成熟的师傅如果这么简单的案例都搞不定，那还玩啥空调。
我曾经也有说到，铜管coil,许多机会都可以修的，不需要全换，这个师傅还是蛮有职
业道德的，不过这文章发表在充满着商业广告的NEWS 网站上，形象还是要的。
在空调帖，在班上，遇到coil漏，大都是换掉，真正修理补好的能有几个？当然相信有
的必须要换，不过我亦相信50%的可能都修得好。这不能怪我们的同学，只能说师傅的
素质。

is to use a cloth and (hand) dish liquid. Wet the cloth with water and
twist off the extra water, pour some dish liquid onto the cloth, then start
rubbing the range with the cloth. It is going to take much hard work/

First, rub from ribcage to diaper one hand after the other for a count of 15
. Then, take baby's legs and bend them to his/her belly and hold for a count
of 15. Next, rub his/her belly in a clockwise motion for 15 seconds. Last,
bend baby's legs to his/her belly for 15 seconds. Repeat this 3 times a day.
This has helped my daughter tremendously!! This may make your baby soil

首先，拍咯是很重要的。我开始没意识到这个问题，以为拍不好咯大不了就是吐奶，想
不到宝宝会这么难受，睡觉都睡不踏实，还老是哭闹。
另外，有姐妹推荐到youtube上找massage的方法，我搜了一下，有不少方法，其中我认
为最有效的就是，抓住宝宝的小腿往肚子上挤，把屁挤出来，有时候我能连续挤出来好

发帖数: 608 | 48 说个唐的办法。我家娃前几天感冒，也是鼻塞，主要是鼻涕浓，堵在里面。用了little
nose加吸鼻器，娃不配合，吸不净，还是堵。加湿器也买了，不管用。连baby rub都
用了，味道太刺鼻，给娃刺激出一身包，但也只是稍微缓解。
后来忘了因为什么事，娃大哭，哭着哭着鼻涕被喷出来，一大块，就通气了。当然，感
冒没好，过一阵子就又被新鼻涕堵上了。
说正经的，baby rub有点效果，用了后，娃晚上睡觉明显好了，不再被憋醒。但是太刺
激，我娃就起了一身红疹子。后来我同事告诉我，可以掺水稀释。
还有就是洗澡有时候也能把鼻涕洗出来，尤其是娃自己玩水，搞很多水到脸上，可能水
也溅到鼻子里了，就把鼻涕泡出来了。 |
