來自遼寧的25歲女死者王博，家境清寒，父母在中國申請美簽兩度遭拒，遺體已停放當
地法醫辦公室一個月，無法呋丶~約。親友期待社區發揮大愛，幫助湊足7000元火葬費
，以免死者要不穿衣、不化妝火化。其他傷者近日陸續返回紐約養傷，並委託律師尋求
理賠。
代理本案的孫瀾濤律師16日表示，上月15日早晨，美甲店老闆依例開車接六名員工上班
，但在距離工作地點僅約五分鐘的公路上，疑因下雪打滑，廂型車失控撞樹。包含老闆

性格，这个词，我们往往给予了太多的含义，以至于基本上没法用在严谨的讨论中。人
成年后难以改变的地方，人们总归咎于“性格”，其实往往是缺乏面对自我缺陷的勇气。
人的情绪反应，或者说“脾气”，和肾上腺体的强弱相关，是生理上的，是先天的，然
而如何处理负面意见，如何控制情绪，避免言语暴力，是可以后天培养的能力，是人的
理性可以在多数时候主导的领域。
这些能力的培养，还是有法可循，比如Marshall B. Rosenberg的书Non-violent
communication，就值得一读。比如，你应该让你ld认识到，在吵架当中，你不是她的
敌人，而她的脾气和言语暴力，是你们俩共同的敌人。
是的，人成年后很多行为难以改变，正如英语的口音，或者网球动作，然而言语暴力是
我们每一个人都应当学会避免的。即使我们自己很难改变，我们都还有孩子不是。

被tax,股票只有卖的时候被以长期利率tax. 所以Baa现在大概7%pre-tax,我觉得相应的
股票5-6%因为税收的优越性就不比Baa差了. 然后按PE16-20,你再算算,高估在哪里了. |

统计数字要多。
经济学家David Rosenberg说上个月有661000人退出就业市场，如果把这些人算进去的
话美国失业率应该是10.4%。
根据劳工部的数字，从2009年七月到十二月，美国有170万人放弃找工退出劳务市场，
这是自1961年以来六个月里退出劳务市场最多的人数。
因此，十二月份美国失业率是10%，与十一月一样，与调查中经济学家的预测一致。两

Starbucks Coffee Co.’s foray into juice is bearing fruit (and vegetables),
with its first Evolution Fresh store now open and selling “wholesome
products” in Bellevue, Wash.
The Seattle coffee giant, hoping for an entryway into the burgeoning
healthful lifestyle industry, bought San Bernardino-based Evolution Fresh
Inc. in November for $30 million.

北京时间12月10日晚间消息，高通公司今日宣布，中国一家法院已初步裁定，禁止苹果
公司(以下简称“苹果”)在中国市场进口和销售包括iPhone X在内的部分型号手机。
这项禁令是由福州市中级人民法院做出的，案件是由高通于去年年底提出的。今年早些
时候，福州市中级人民法院还曾发布初步禁令，禁止美光(Micron Technology)在中国
市场销售包括DRAM芯片在内的26种产品。
对于高通这起案件，福州市中级人民法院认为，苹果侵犯了高通的两项软件专利，主要
关于在触摸屏上调整照片大小和管理应用程序。
高通总顾问唐·罗森伯格(Don Rosenberg)在一份声明中称：“苹果继续受益于我们的
知识产权，但同时又拒绝向我们做出补偿。”
