简评：
墨西哥高铁项目日前被墨国无限期搁置，与其说相信墨政府的解释，却不如说此
项目本身就存在着极大的风险，正如我在《中拉会谈拉开了中美全球战略对抗的序幕
》及《 简析美古关系的走向及意义》两篇文章中分析和预测的一样，当中国的世界影
响力及外交较深地触伸到美洲地区时，中美关系必定由合作为主，对抗为次的 全球战
略关系，转而变为对抗为主，合作其次的‘’新型大国关系‘’。
希望强调的仍然是：由于地缘政治的关系，美洲被美国视为不可侵犯的核心利
益。在国际战略收缩期，和国力出现衰败迹象时，一旦受到侵犯，美国的战略反弹力度

“萨克拉门托大街809号”，在拥有巨大的华裔移民共同体的美国旧金山的唐人街中心
地段，一幢小型商业大厦被翻修一新。里面的墙壁上贴着附有战争期间照片的解说展板
，天花板上悬挂着横幅，写有被认为是中日战争（中国称日本侵华战争）开始以来牺牲
人数的数字。在经历70年时光后，谴责日本侵略的“抗日战争纪念馆”8月15日在美国
开馆。
美国反日运动只是局部现象？
“这是私有土地，无法加以阻止”，驻美的日本领事馆官员显示出无可奈何的表情。不
过，前往当地会发现，由于预算关系，纪念馆的建筑并不招摇，很多游客甚至会因为不

有一女生单间转租，这是一套三室两厅的房子，餐厅和客厅超级大，每个bedroom都非
常大，现在出租的这个大概是150feet左右吧，10feet×15feet左右。（见图片）这个
楼顶有个花园可以俯视dc，附带网球场，游泳池，和一个玫瑰花园。夏天在楼顶花园吃
饭，hangout非常惬意。
Columbia Pike上有一堆各种餐馆，边上走路5分钟就是giant,CVS。可以做bus到dc，也
可以做bus转地铁，bus非常便利，请到www.wmata.com上面查询到你工作或者读书的地
方要多久。在高峰时刻，差不多2-3分钟就一班metrobus，8分钟坐到petangon或者
pentagon city换地铁。
在dc找房子非常辛苦，这个地方差不多是我找到性价比最高的地方了。
那么大的房间就700，还一个共用的厅，生活质量是非常高的，水电都包的，然后共同
负担的只有电视和网络，差不多每人三十出头一点。总共是七百三十几。2013.4.29可
以入住
现在住的2个女生人很好，都在dc工作，一个性格开朗大方。另外一个温柔婉约。希望
