take a bus right in front of my apartment. It has a spacious living room and
kitchen, enough for having a party or watching TV. The renting room is
pretty empty with a walking closet, but the kitchen and bathroom is well
furnitured.
This apartment is managed by Madison Apartment Group and has a complete set
of amenities like laundry rooms, gyms, pools, very suitable for students

），离CMU走路大约15分钟，交通便
利，附近有便利店CVS和公交站，离房子均不到30米。房子对面是一 个运动场，可以锻
炼身体。非常适合在CMU或者匹兹
堡大学学习的同学和访问学者。这个是 House，不是公寓那种，住起来比较舒服和方便
。房子里有厨房，厨具齐全；另外
有洗衣机，烘干机；冷热水非常方便。现在包括我在 内，是三个同学居住，都是CMU的
中国学生，人都很好相处。
房子信息：本人2月底回国，从3月1日开始出租。房租租金350/月(deposit:350)，水电
气网费另外计算，一般水电气网费
每人60美元。

20分钟到flushing中国城。附近也有超市和快餐店。
共用客厅和厨房。三个房间，主卧室内有独立卫浴，$710；另一大一小两个房间合用一
间浴室，分别是$610和$480。房租不包括电费和网费。
现有的两个都是女生，所以只限女性室友，工作或者学生都可，但是希望作息规律。签

alexandria,VA)。小区环境很好，房间是apartment，3楼有电梯。小区有门禁系统，非
常安全。早晚有班车来往于小区和Pentagon City地铁站（蓝线）。有独立的卫生间。
小区门口有Giant，Starbucks，McDonald，CVS和Suntrust等，生活十分便利。小区门
口有多趟公交车经过，每天也有很多校车（具体哪些学校在这里接人就不是很清楚了）
。你的室友是一个中国女孩，家里养有一只狗一只猫，都是友好安静的小动物，而且我
室友会照顾，不会麻烦到你。狗平时会在笼子里或者室友房间，猫会在阳台。
