Tello，适合每月使用量低的版友,Sprint网络，不提供漫游
自由搭配plan，根据是否选择mins，text，data收taxes，本人所在中部zipcode如果只
选择data不收税，选mins收mins金额的16.1%，选text收text金额的8.7%
PAYG税率较高，本人所在zipcode大约是16.1%，也就是说按照所有balance全用作通话
计算。
首月plan选购策略：

给2500点，余额不能低于500，所以相当于给你2000点，可以打200分钟电话，或发2000
短信。
以前它要求一个月挣2500点，对有些人是个负担，现在改成一个月只要挣一点就行。
挣点有两类，一个叫Kiip，一个叫tapjoy，前者随机出来，平均一秒可以挣一点；后者
每次都出来，但是完全不值得play。我昨晚加入，到现在挣了400多点，总共花了十几
分钟。
cellnuvo说每天会给你一个信息，价值60点，我还没看到。如果这个是真的，相当于每
个月给你1800点，你不用自己挣也够casual用途了，完全可以beat Tello的PAYG。
这个是真正语音短信，不是VOIP，另外官网说支持漫游，费率不详。目前不能打国际长

需要找客服开通。
我觉得可能不适合你，
首先语音我已经说了漫游时每分钟要20cents，5分钟就是1刀，你要是电话很多费用就
飙上去了。短信倒是免费的。另外数据是免费的但似乎限制2g速度，待确认。

今天，我非常震惊地发现，1946年《远东国际军事法庭判决书》（International
Military Tribunal for the Far East Judgment）网上居然有英语全文，那可是1500
页的文件啊。
我从不知道，这么重要的第二次世界大战的文件，网上居然可以轻易找到！国内媒体好
像从来没有宣传过这件事。我查了国家图书馆的数据库，发现这个文件很可能没有出版
过中译本。我不知道台湾是否出过中译本，当年南京政府应该有中文版的。
我对这个事情很不理解。
这是第一手的历史原件，历史价值就不用说了，对于爱国主义教育和揭露日本军国主义
的罪行，都有巨大的价值。可是，为什么大家都不知道呢？这是公共领域的材料，没有
