我们的.具体内容是：$60/月,700分钟anytime, unlimited mobile to mobile & night &
weekend &free roaming。结果第一个月的账单就有160
多块钱。研究一下账单才发现roaming 收了80多块钱。于是打电话给ATT，才发现我们的
计划根本就不向Sophia说得那样，实际只有400分钟，1000 mobile to mobile，只在加州
和内华达免费漫游。 等到周末去阳光找Sophia, 和她说了我们的情况，那次她的态度还
不错， 让我们等着她给ATT打电话解决这个问题，过了一会她告诉我们说，只能有1000分
钟mobile to mobile问我们行不行。我说你当时说的是unlimited 的mobile to mobile
，我们就是因为这个才买的这个计划，改成1000分钟我们接受不了。于是她又去打电话，
过了一会她忽然说，行了，给你们改了。我问她，是改成无限制手机对打了吗？她没说是
，只说是“按照计划里说的那样”。我当时有 |

）刚刚打电话想要取消帐户，ATT的人说可以找人接手我们的account，就不必付违约金
了。。。

Settings>WiFi>On>Choose the network to which you want to connect
Because you are in airplane mode, you won't get any cellular signals (phone
calls or texts), but turning on the WiFi will allow you to surf the web and

back to the range of that network, it will connect again automatically.

100 miles 的确非常艰难，任何一个疏忽都会导致前功尽弃。我觉得完成一个100miles
需要合适的目标，平时的艰苦训练，恰当的营养计划，以及强大的精神支持。我的短
板是平时训练，但是通过其他的方面进行了弥补，所以最后能够勉强在关门时间之前完
成。
非常感谢我老婆的支持，后来跟她聊才发现每次我从aid station出去她都提心掉胆，
害怕半夜在山里出事。这次得特别称赞一下wind mobile的unlimited US roaming, 5块
钱加了10天的US roaming, 而且用t mobile/ATT网络，覆盖非常广。开始我不太累的时
候，会给老婆发短信，告诉进展，后来累了就懒得发了，她也没抱怨。不过赛后老婆非
常担心我，一直在劝我放弃超马。 在这一点上特别佩服变变的老婆。
非常感谢minichinada的小伙伴们， 因为有手机信号，跑步的时候看你们在微信/肉联
上实时更新我的战况，给我打气，非常感谢你们。 比赛的后半段，网站一直没有更新

目标，根据50mile 11:45的成绩， 100mile 大概应该是30小时左右，定的目标是28小
时不受伤完成，结果实际完成时间是29小时49分41秒。
训练：因为今年多伦多冬天雨雪时间长，平均训练每周50公里左右，最高周也只有100
公里，最长单次跑过30公里左右，比赛前狂看一些low mileage 训练跑 100mile 的介
绍，给自己打气。事实证明，训练还是太少，当天比赛的量要超过我三周训练的量，还
有就是长距离训练太短，上下
坡训练太少。比赛的时候虽然采用走跑结合的策略，但是50mile以后膝盖，韧带，肌肉
还是明显
酸痛。
营养：比赛前的营养是明显的营养过剩，我不会是100miler最重的，但应该是体脂最高
的，本来计划至少减到140磅的，比赛的时候估计150磅还要多。50miler里面还可以看
到一些胖子，但是100miler里面基本上都是瘦子，而且小腿也很细。
比赛时的营养是没有问题，我没有吃任何的gel,bar,盐片，电解质胶囊，coke,主要吃

#GPS路况报告挺有用，不过也不用迷信，夜间山路驾驶要小心
#尽量找离雪道近的旅社，进出方便。shuttle免费，不住停在收费车场也可以
#有厨房拖家带口自己做饭的要提前买好原料带过去比较省钱，做好的饭菜可以背到
Rendezvous或者Roundhouse挂在餐馆附近雪具架上，有微波炉可以加热，有餐具免费冰
水和各种调料。上面的食物一杯咖啡4块多，一块pizza四块多，一杯可乐三块，我要吃
饱至少得15刀
#雪具不让带进电梯和房间，可以走大厅通道等，要考虑如何装卸车存放取用的问题
#要考虑雨雪天手套干燥问题，采用多带孩子手套和两层手套是很好的办法
#如果雨雪天一副好雪镜非常重要，否则只能走走容易的，走得慢不说，还老得停下来

#别忘了带上防晒油！即便阴天雪山上的紫外线辐射也很厉害的，我们回来都是上半脸

#四月初雪场的温度没有月族关下午和夜场冷，衣物不用穿太多尤其晴天，但是要质量

观，冰川，湖泊，雪山，瀑布，峡谷，风光壮丽、引人入胜。整个落基山脉从北至南穿
越加拿大、美国直到墨西哥，纵横近5000公里，可以说是北美洲的脊梁。加拿大境内的
洛基山脉两侧方圆近三万平方公里的土地上，分布着四个世界遗产级的国家公园(Banff
/Yoho/Jasper/Kootenay)以及三个省立自然保护公园，还有众多零散的动物保护中心，
