以前不知道,都是去有收瓶子的大卡车那一镑一磅称的卖。明明是一个瓶子买的时候交
了5分钱,称了后一大堆才退了几毛,而且很累,不值。无意中发现原来各大加州的菜
店大多数都收用过的瓶子,而且数过后按大小退5分或1毛(5 cents per container
and 10 cents for containers 24 ounces and larger)。
上个礼拜去rivermark safeway试了一把,在这写一下退瓶要求:
-瓶子要事先分好(glass,aluminum,plastic)
-瓶子要先洗一下,不要退的时候把customer service counter搞的臭气熏天
-aluminum和plastic瓶子要捏瘪。轻轻捏一下就好,不用压的像纸一样薄啦
-瓶盖不收,要先丢掉。
最好在cs不忙的时候,早一点或晚一点再去退... 阅读全帖 |

elementary school , API 896 for 2010. The Wilcox high school is the one that RiverMark kids come too. And they paid much more than us. Good enough for the people like us, who do not want to pay $1M for the crazy schools. Good driving distance to anywhere in silicon valley. Easy access to 101, 237. Local drive to work is fine too. 你不怕空气中可能致癌物质的话;Evergreen,如果不怕交通堵塞的话; Santa Clara
RIVERMARK,如果不考虑中学学区的话;SANTA CLARA CUPERINO学区有个靠LAWERNCE的很
小的小区.
安全差一点的可以考虑SAN JOSE |

价格还是$450/Sqrt左右,之后一直快速下跌,现在平均成~$310/sqrt了.
(因为银行已经发现,foreclosure 会让他们损失更大). 而那些short sale seller为
了能get out of the debt,个个比着降低价格,反正亏的是银行,不是自己. 这个是大
trend.

这是location差造成升值空间低,不是Town House造成的。反过来说,Palo Alto的
condo少,我还说因此升值空间高呢。
没见过谁买依山傍水的SFH的。买得起依山傍水大lot的SFH,哪怕是小黑屋,我看都不
会考虑Townhouse/Condo。
这个说法我一直理解不了。现在很多新房子(包括SFH)都有HOA。有HOA管着,你的邻
居就不能乱搞他自己家的房子,造成大家的房子贬值,这是好事啊。HOA只能管外观,
又管不着你在家里做什么。难道你有什么特别的口味,一定要把房子外面搞成那个样子?
关键是要看HOA fee,是不是太高,是不是持续上涨。负责任的agent应该能够提供这些
信息。一般SFH的HOA fee都很低,除了rivermark。 |
