equal right只保证基本人权的相同，不保证对人的所有方面的权利都相同。而且我认
为世俗法律也只能做到保证基本人权的相同，没法规定对所有人的任何权利都完全相同
。能不能结婚我认为算基本人权，在特定的教堂结婚我认为不算基本人权。很难用不在
某个特定的教堂结婚作为自己的基本人权受到了侵犯的理由。教堂的婚礼在世俗法律上
跟政府机关的法律效力一样。如果追求的是在教堂结婚的社会意义，那么现在支持同性
恋婚礼的教堂也不少了。这些都能满足的情况下非要去不想给你做仪式的教堂结婚，然
后告人家，我个人认为是对equal right 的abuse.
如果是因为对圣经理解不同，非要教堂保佑婚礼的话，这恐怕更不能去法院解决，法院
不管神学矛盾。

题上就是equal right的界限跟religious freedom的界限法律上倒底划在哪里。这两个
词说说简单，真要把界限仔细的划出来就不简单了因为同性恋的平等权利这个算是比较
新的事物，所以以前的界限可能又要重新划一下。。所以我认为告状是我们这个社会把
法律界限找出来的方式。希望宗教人士也不要轻易放弃反告状。大家都是在告状跟反告
状中明白法律倒底是在说什么的。呵呵。

那个地方本来就不是农业发达地区，平原面积非常小。现在已经人口饱和了。
最早的居民是菲利士人，据考证，菲利士人和腓尼基人，迦太基人是一个谱系。
这些人是黑发，和希腊人接近。这些人喜欢航海，已经跑掉或被打跑了。根本
从来就没有提出过要回去的念头。
后来的是犹太人。再后来的是犹太人被迫外迁以后移入的人和一些当地的非
犹太人的融合，当时，当地的非犹太人的居民数量不多，应该没有犹太人比
例大。
犹太人的几千年的历史表明，那个地方和犹太宗教，传统以及文化是密不可
分的。失去宗教，传统以及文化便失去犹太人生存依据。
没有任何迹象表明，目前当地穆斯林是以那个地方为宗教中心的。犹太教和
伊斯兰教的创始人穆罕默德的共同先祖亚伯拉罕也是从伊拉克移民到当地的，

郁闷死了,马上就要close了,今天律师打电话来说银行不能给贷款了(commitment
letter 和 appraisal letter都已经拿到了),因为房子地下的mineral rights不归房主
,而是属于一个独立的公司,并且被lease给了一个gas company. 银行担心以后gas 的开
采会造成环境污染从而影响房子的value, 决定不再对这样的房子发放贷款. 这个房子
所在的小区都是同样的情况,并且有很多家之前都在从这家银行贷的款,但是到我这儿就
改规定了!
现在我的问题是,在应该换一家银行继续贷款呢(换一家应该能贷到)? 还是直接 back
out 了,好怕过几年要卖房子的时候卖不掉欧 (因为buyer也可能像我一样贷不到款! )
这个问题到底大不大阿? |
