封网，注意前面打球，主动时候往上跟进。
clear，没说啥，我觉得站在后面时候还是能打得比较靠后的，但是方向控制不好。
吊上网杀上网，上网时候要抢高点，减少失误先。
比较防守的平抽，不是整个手臂一扫把球扫过去，要有rhythm，接触球时候发力，同理
还有挑球。
然后打了四五局11分的半场单打。
1。要把后场压住，可以稍微往后站一点。没把人压到后面时候打吊球是不太管用的。
2。发完球记着右脚在前左脚在后，准备接吊球。
3。主动上网时候步法要跟上，要抢高点。我发现这个差好多啊，很多机会都把握不住。
4。半场的杀球再狠一点。
5。后场正手被动球还是很差。
总体来说，今天有点懒洋洋的。下回用功点，主动要求练步法吧 :) |
