的各种帮会被统称为“大圈帮”。其实，“大圈帮”无论在其开始还是现在都从来不是
一个严格意义上的统一帮会组织，“大圈帮”仅仅是一个泛指的名词而已，这个名词之
所以被广泛使用其目的是为了区别唐人街上那些主要由本地或者港澳和台湾人组成的传
统老旧帮会。
大圈一词的来源有几种不同说法，据香港的书刊报章称，上世纪的大规模偷渡潮中，大
陆偷渡者利用轮胎等圆形漂浮物漂河入境，故称这些偷渡者为“大圈仔”，后来部分偷
渡者为生活所迫走上犯罪道路，大圈也演化成为“大陆跨境犯罪势力”的代名词，由这
些大陆犯罪分子组成的各种黑社会团伙则被统称为“大圈帮”。另一说法则指大圈最早
源自旧时洪门切口（暗语），在黑社会背语中称“城”为“圈”，“大圈”即“大的城
”，后来又把地图上以三个同心圆圈为标志的百万人口大城市称为大圈。虽然这几种说
法来源现在已无从考究，但后来经影视作品的影响，大圈作为“大陆跨境犯罪势力”的
