1995 yearbook, the data on 1990 is revised. If I use the revised data of
1990, the data of 1991-1994 is not revised. If I use the unrevised data of
1990, I am afraid inconsistency of 1990 to 1995. Do you understand my

发帖数: 21830 | 27 坑主没当过editor,没当过审稿人，很多细节不清楚也不能怪丫的。上面不是还有人怀
疑审稿没记录，都是匿名的么？这些人连匿名只是作者和审稿人之间彼此匿名都不知道
。审稿人要拖延文章的发表，拖延的理由都是固定的那么几个理由。比如你自己很忙延
期一周，如果一周你还缴不出评审意见的话你就不能审稿了，比如审稿人认为文章表达
不清需要revision,但最终是否revision，这个决定权在chief editor而不是审稿人。
而且作者revision后是否继续由你来审稿也是个未知数。
所以这里一定有很多记录，这些记录是作为original idea的证据之一，肯定交给了炸
药奖的委员会。 |

单有效的一个预防治疗方法。为什么会这样，这和新冠病毒的传播方式相关。呼吸直接
传播，气溶胶传播等等最难预防的传播方式，其实可以用低浓度挥发性有机溶剂来间歇
性的对空气进行消毒。这方法尤其对密闭空间有效。
比如根据CDC的数据，人在充满500个ppm的acetonitrile的空气里面待上四个小时对人
体不会造成任何伤害。那估计加大浓度到2000ppm的浓度问题也不会大。这么搞上几个
小时估计肺里面的病毒也被杀死了。当然尼玛直接上高浓度酒精蒸气估计更没问题了。
所以现在当务之急不是什么中药，而是用高浓度酒精蒸气或者acetonitrile蒸气来对病
人进行桑拿浴享受式治疗。那些手里有分离出来的活病毒的实验室应该赶紧测一测可以
导致病毒失活的最低有机溶剂在空气中的ppm。
这个方法简单有效，一招制敌，让病毒在其主要传播媒介空气中直接失活没法再感染人
类。
版上各位化学生物钱老赶紧来议一下。五毛同志们请把我的方法上达天听让大大考虑一
下。

发帖数: 16729 | 45 I know NIH only allws you to make one revision/resubmission. if the revision
is not funded, then the same proposal can not be revised and will not be
reviewed any more. basically, two strikes, no matter whether you hit or not,
you are out.
i would think if you have multiple projects then it doesn't matter much, but if you have only one project, then you want to think twice before resubmitting. |

publication.
然后invite you to respond to the reviewers' comments and revise your
manuscript.
这个听起来很postive了吧？感觉只要改了就接收了？（在submission system里面显示
是Major Revision)
之前另一篇文章第一轮的时候这个editor是明确rejection的，虽然可以R&R.

投了一个top3的field journal，一月底投出去的，5月中得到回复。
一个referee 推荐rejection，一个推荐accept after revision
最后editor request revision and resubmit
现在那个ap老师忙别的事情，估计暑假能revision完，8月份再submit回去，估计年底

棍。
然后两个星期不敢看。根据脑子里的印象把需要加的工作做一些。有一次甚至印象错了
，白费很多力气。
revision的时限过了一半，鼓足勇气再看一次review。根据印象再做一些工作。
revision剩下几天，喝两瓶啤酒壮胆，打开review开始回答。有时发觉并不那么痛苦。
可是恐惧症还是改不了。 |
