落到这里?还是因为Paul Revere,Sam Adams等等为了二两茶叶往天上
开了两枪?美国人因为怕人家说他们没历史,才夸大其词的强调这些不着
边际的东西.其实东北部地区历史大家都差不多,最多有个十来年的距离吧,
而论小镇的特色,牛英格兰最有特色的应该在缅因和佛蒙特,非要讲历史
也得去费城,佛基尼亚,德州之类的地方吧.要论印第安文化,麻省只能
算边缘吧.
看过PBS的一个节目,将美国各地方言的,这个才是文化的代表,里面讲到
牛英格兰口音,说白了就是缅因渔民的口音,然后延伸到康州就嘎然而止,
其实我是分不大出来,绝对没有新奥尔良地区和南方地区口音那末独特.
波士顿人民非要夸大其中的差别,以表明自己还是有历史的. |
