In the fall of 2010, Dr. Ferric C. Fang made an unsettling discovery. Dr.
Fang, who is editor in chief of the journal Infection and Immunity, found
that one of his authors had doctored several papers.
It was a new experience for him. “Prior to that time,” he said in an
interview, “Infection and Immunity had only retracted nine articles over a
40-year period.”

retract了。我听说她的paper还是cover。因为老板胃癌突然去世，去世不久，这个phd
学生就发了之前提交的一篇文章，正是有FOXP3+的macrophage。估计老多人都觉得
FOXP3是Treg的标记，但是她的paper貌似反驳这点，所以很novel。今天一看retract说
明，太惨了，因为没人信，老板死了也不能回复，data有丢失，结果DEAN就把PAPER
retract了。
这篇paper真的有那么严重到retract的地步吗。虽然我自己看不太懂。 |

一篇在PLoS ONE，一篇在PLoS Pathogen上的文章说不能重复，导致了Nature这篇文章的
retraction。在Nature这样顶级期刊上的文章不大能够重复的恐怕也不止这一篇，而且
报道相反结果的文
章在每个领域都有，怎么偏偏就这篇被retract?而且如果看看后面这两篇文章，做的不
是一般的简单，连
用个siRNA证明能够knockdown都占了一个主要的figure，觉得这篇文章的retraction背
后有更多原

Expression of Concern，EOC），称将对来自各方的批评进行审慎和全面的评估，同时
也给韩春雨等原论文作者提供机会展开调查，并在2017年1月底之前完成其调查。同时
还刊登了另一篇通讯，3个研究组进行了多项实验，都未观察到由NgAgo诱导的基因突变
。这则EOC也引起大家纷纷猜测。
