正确的理解如2楼：
（1）25 cents for each dollar that you contribute： 公司match是你match的25%。
（2）up to 6% of compensation：公司只match到你工资的6%。
（3）immediate 100% venting：是立即match，不是像股票一样每年只兑现一部分。
楼主的24%+6%的理解，的确符合（1）和（2），因为6%正好是24%的四分之一。
但是，楼主的话前后有矛盾。
（a）楼主说了，即使max 401k，也不能从25%的bracket降到15%的bracket，这说明楼
主的pretax income至少是70700 + 17000 = 87700。
（b）楼主说可以match到24%，所以楼主的pretax income至多是17000/(24%)=70833.33。
另外，tax bracket虽然是突变的，但是你实际扣的税是渐变的，比如你收入是100k：
(17,400-0 )x 10% : 1,740.00

/EA的钱就算白花了，而且还要重新安排work flow,client relationship,很多client
team人事安排都要调整，要花时间和钱再去培训一个新人了解这几个客户，这对
retirement来说都是损失。 现在这种经济情况下，一般不会让人转，除非和领导关系
特别好，或者在外面找到了其他工作。 所以前些年某领导想出了cross practice这个
馊主意，但是很难搞起来，举例子来说，retirement这边的人想搞50% retirement
work+50% investment work,这对两边的领导都是个麻烦，work flow management,
billable hour goal, revenue reporting都很难达到妥协，最麻烦的是，到了年底，
此人的奖金由谁发，此人的biling revenue算在哪个practice的bonus pool里面。 现
在这种经济，所有部门都很注意自身的效益，不会为了一些不相关的事情去轻 |

请注意：在中国，只有两大人群的男女法定退休年龄统一为60周岁，一是农民；二是有
