没有事先policy,能收restocking fee不?如果病人因此A-Z claim,我会输么?还是
就扣下原始的运费,全额返还产品价格,就算了?

唉,点背。才在Amazon上卖了几个东西,其中一个laptop用的UPS Ground。因为距离远
tracking说明天才要deliver.昨天买家要求退货,理由是想要个尺寸更小的。
我知道Amazon对买家好,退货容易。我也打算接受退货。但是如果如UPS所说还没送货
,希望买家不要拆箱送个used/open box回来。如果买家已拿到开箱或明天拿到并开箱
,希望收restocking fee (15%?).
具体应该怎么办?
1)回信给买家让他拒绝收货?
2)在信里声明退货条款?
3)在亚马逊账号先authorize return, 什么时候退款呢?(可不可以拿回货物检查后
再退款?)
4)若是要扣restocking fee,多少合适?什么时候扣除?在哪里有这个选项?
5)还漏了什么清补充
那位大神给个回信模板吧。谢谢。

if over 60 days, Amazon did not charge restock fee, you can open ticket to

我也算个小游医吧,也卖了不少东西,退货(不管说是evil退的,还是病人正
常退货)绝对是最头疼的地方。也给小护士们说说,我的退货率在3%~10%左右,平均水
平4%~5%。至于啥退的多,啥退的少,是商业秘密。收到了return request怎么处理呢
?介绍一些我的经验,希望能为构建和谐社会做点贡献。
首先如果符合退货要求的,先去approve return request,第一时间,只要还
符合退货要求。当然FBA的退货,amz小二会第一时间就帮你把钱退了。理由,你可以指
望病人只是随便闹闹,但因你不批准而激怒病人的可能性远大于病人把自己的return
request给忘了的可能性。尤其你想卖很多东西的话,不要有侥幸心理,我自己的统计
来看,你及时approve了,病人忘掉退货的可能性还很大,尤其下面有病人的其他心理
关卡。
第二步发封信给病人,4点意思:1.我们很在乎你的购买使用感受,保证退货
;2.希望病人详细描述一下退货原因,可以适当诱导下病人,问是不是package

先是图片跟描述,跟邮件里面的描述不一致。导致我买了东西跟想象的不同,退回去要
副两边shiping + restocking.
然后也就算了。又电话order了正确的东西(他们的网上Order处理不是实时,很慢)结
果没有邮件确认,然后从fedex 受到东西 他们又寄错了。然后让我退回去。again, 两
边shiping + restocking.
实在气死,求策略。

【更新】
昨天晚上给买家回了信,我说东西本来就是没有开封的原厂sealed, 并且剃须刀被用
过了肯定是不能再卖了,所以我要视情况收取最多35%的restocking fee,并且要其自
担return的邮费。
一个小时后,就直接收到a-z了,下面是amzon的来函。

退就退,等收到看condition酌情扣点restock fee就得了。
有的东西restock fee就能cover成本了吧。

病人open 了一个case,说东西退回3天后还没有收到退款,要求全额退款。我都不知道
Ebay有这个狗屁规定。通知病人说如果withdraw case就给全额退,如果不withdraw就
要扣除原shipping和restocking fee。病人回信说Ebay要求他keep case等裁定。
我看了一下respond的option,1. full refund 然后case就close了。 2. partial
refund让病人keep item。现在问题是病人东西退回,但是是打开了包装,按照我的
return policy是要收restocking fee的。我想给他partial refund,但是如果病人不
满意升级case,是不是ebay最后还是会把钱全部退给病人。如果是这样,还不如给他全
退了省事。
没有多少钱,主要是不满意病人open 了case,还执意不撤销。

前天有个order被refund了,查了一下说是customer damaged,amazon收了50%的
restocking fee,今天一大早又来了一个email说refund,一看还是这个,把
restocking fee给refund了。这不是白白少了一个东西吗,其实也没几个钱,10几块而
已,就是觉得太奇怪了。这是怎么回事?

Amazon的话,等拿到后,收15%的restocking fee没问题。即使他A-Z也没用,你咬定是

卖的是tablet;就不要说restocking给refund给买家, 就算是给我restocking fee也没
屁用,tablet两个月的价格都掉一百了,还不要说那二b买家已经用了两月。一个

棒子,好像是个记者,laptop买了想退,说是因为用着不顺手,我回复说list上的
policy里写明了15%的restocking fee,她说online退东西从来没交过restocking fee
,之后直接open case,说已经usps express寄回来了,要求报销邮费+full refund,
我回复不妥协,她就开始威胁了“If I get the full refund, I'll leave you alone
but other wise, I will do my best to let people know about your company's
return policy. Unless you send me the full refund, I'm escalating this case
next week.”之后估计还得有个neg

且还有些病人,根本就没注意你扣了他restock fee.

淘净门前土,屋上无片瓦, 小护士苦啊。
病人还算好的,自己掏运费邮寄回来,和他商量了下,charge了30 %的

病人回复我,联系过apple和printer公司,试过了驱动和设置,但都没用,被告知说他
的router没有WFA功能。所以很明显,根本不是printer的质量问题。我想问问这种情况
我是不是可以要求buyer负责return shipping cost和restocking fee啊? Restocking

要是我自己遇到这种情况,我会看病人用了多久?如果超过7天,
我可能会charge restocking fee,以内我会full refund,
如果病人只用几天就死机,卖家还charge restocking fee,难保他不会给你neg FB。

过了几天,他就cancel了上面的return request,重新开了个return request,

Google account synced with it. And I did experience problems with graphics
heavy applications not being able to run properly. It made the computer
crash, which shouldn't happen with a $1000 computer running high end

Turned out this evil seller did not mail all accessories (extra new
batteries, etc) advertised in pictures and description. Also he did not
mention a word about the phone beaten-up cosmetic condition and it was

accessories (thinking he might forget them) and said the condition was not

两个月前Amazon某病人买了我一台RX100,收到后第四日说东西用得不习惯想退,问我
restocking fee收多少?我收至少15%,还得看东西状况决定。
10天后病人退回了,机器保持的很好,一点伤都没有,所以我仅charge他10%的
restocking fee,检查时发现相机里面却多了一张Sandisk 64GB SD,这一张要70刀上
下,肯定是病人忘了取下,立马与病人连络但他似乎是当兵的说他回部队了,要我寄到
他其他住址,但等了他一个月不见他回信,我就把这张SD卡寄到他TX的家里,今天他终
于回我信而且还送给我一个neg FB,说我寄到他娘那边他要12月才会回TX,这段时
间害他得再买一张新的SD,这Neg fb吃的真是无奈....

千万不要惯坏这些病人。先不急refund,让他A-Z ,然后收高额的restocking fee。过
后再和他协商,让他remove negative,考虑返回部分restocking fee。一定要让他先
remove再退。这样他就不会再祸害人类。

no. A to Z 后你就是大爷,refund多少你说了算。我前阵子病人退回来的打印机一点
问题没有,我refund晚了,病人等不及a-z,我charge 15% restocking,病人留
negative。事后觉得应该多收restocking,比如30%,反正都要negative。
