All returns must include the order number. For Apple products, such as iPads
, iPad2s, iPad3s and etc, must be in the original packaging with the UPC or
bar code intact. 60% restocking fee will automatically apply to any opened
box return merchandises. All components, manuals and registration card(s)
must be included within the return merchandise. Using accessories such as
cables, chargers, activation key (if any) and etc. must be returned with the
factory-sealed accessory. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or
fail to reach the requirements above will be subject to 100% restocking fee.
And this restocking fee is final. All Apple product returns can only be
processed within 14 days after the order was placed, FOB shipping point.
