While driving, when I reach 30-40 MPH it has a weird vibration and noise. It
doesn't happen every time. In fact, it may happen and then it won't happen
again for like a day or two. The noise and vibration feeling somewhat
resembles when you drive over those lines on the side of highways/freeways
that make that loud noise.

1) you need to speak slowly. The most important thing is to make sure that
your students can understand you. Don't confuse your students though.
2) go to your administrative assistance and ask if you get copies of
syllabuses for other courses which are related to yours.
3) give your students mini in-class exercises. The exercises need to be easy
and resemble your exam questions.
4) Make name tags for your students. Students are quite lazy. Do not rely on
them to do the job.
