的移民中心的排期是到什么时候才做决定，如果你的485递交申请已经超过了正常的排

On April 8, 2011, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or
information in this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER.”
从上面信息看，USCIS 是4月8日把notice 寄出来的。
但是人力资源部的director 说今天还没有收到。（他应该不会骗我的）
如果寄丢了，可以打电话让USCIS 重新寄吗？
可以让打电话让USCIS直接把notic fax过来吗？

的一张纸。然后信封里的是我寄的材料和Fedex的tracking receipts. 白白费了我15

eb1a non-pp. ND july21/2011 TSC，一直是initial view, Jan25 做了service
request, 说是5天给答复，结果今天受到一封Jan30打印出来的平信。
里面是个模板。 "we are actively processing this case. however, we have to
perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer
processing time. if u do not receive a decision or other notice of action
from us iwthin 60 days of this letter, please contact customer service at
the number provided below"
看来service request 根本没必要做，什么用处都没有的 |

把I-907 form邮寄到I-140 pending的地方。

我E-file 的EB1A，叫我把suppporting documentation寄到Texas Service Center，那
么我就认为我的Case在TSC。

发帖数: 36 | 13 我们是3月2号的Receive date（EB1-A)，现在刚过一个月，LD就非要让我去做个
service request，说版上很多人3个星期或者一个月就让打指纹了，但我们现在不但
EAD没消息，指纹也没有让打。所以LD开始着急上火了。
可是我也看了看版上有些做过service request的同学们的反馈，感觉USCIS就是走个形
式啊，再说刚一个月，应该还算正常，大家给点意见吧，确实比较讨厌打这种电话，唉。
另外，如果实在要打，是打485 receipt上提供的电话吗？是要选择人工接听是吧？有
打过这个电话的人可以分享下打电话的经验吗？
穷人一个，不过我发誓，拿到绿卡一定倾家荡产，都发给大家，NND，太折磨人了。

我有两个140 approved，我的485上用的是我老的NIW的PD。
所以刚才，就给CIS打了一个电话，问问会不会有问题。没有transfer，接线员就直接
给我做了一个Service Request，说是提醒处理的地方：我的485是EB1的，是有名额的。
Tier 1的也可以做Service Request吗？还是我直接就打到了Tier 2啊？
这种SR对我的Case有什么影响吗？ |

expiration date is approaching fast. They expedited it and on the second day
they sent a request of service requesting I140 copy. You do not call them,
they just ignore you, you call them for expedite, they ask for more evidence
so that it is not their fault. |

But it seems true.
I asked APS/ACS for RL when preparing for 140 and did not get any response.
Then I moved on and got 2 RL from Europe journals.
It has been 3 months and I did not receive any more APS/ACS review requests
since then. Normally, it should have been 5-6 requests in the time span. |

气，主动问要不要做Service request，我就说那我做一个呗，于是就登记了我的信息
。说30天会给回复，我当时心里还想要这么久呀。
当时他问我emergency的理由时，我随便说了是medical issue，不知道会不会有影响。
根据大家的经验，service request一般会有用吗？会帮助expedite 485的处理吗？谢

电话，前面都被拒绝了，昨天终于有个agent啥也没说就答应做SR了。正在等邮件通知
，不知道会不会被accepted。
LD是副申请人，她的485没有被RFE，现在已经pending 4个月了，也想试试做service
request。打过两个电话没成功后就没试。但是如果LD也做个SR会不会有不好的影响?如
果没有，就想继续打电话，碰到好说话的agent说不定会答应做。（根据自己的经验，
做不做SR基本完全是看agent）。
等得心烦了，真想天天打电话去USCIS骚扰一下他们。 |

Already 3 months passed, I-485 still pending..See many brothers/sisters have
been greened...want to do a service request (by email).
Talked with lawyer, got feedback saying it won't help because the case is
still under 4 months normal processing frame...
Question here, is there any negative effect if I send a service request, or
InfoPass?
(the current job is not a happy one, really want to change job ASAP, that is
why waiting for GREEN CARD anxiously)

12月e-request，回复如下：

什么是“additional review”？本人是大俗名，难道是background check卡住了？
