我多少天后能得到答复。打电话时对方会告诉我如果不能按时得到答复，我该怎么办都
说得很清楚。
曾经得到过2个email 地址，接线员告诉我在得不到答复时用，

但是我忘记什么情况下用哪个地址了。但是email 中应该包括你的名字，申请类型，
receipt no. of your petition, SR number, et al.
总之， 我觉得需要不停的打，谁知道你的case 是不是给弄丢了还是什么的。祝好运。
