昨天LD在高速上出了点事，警察和拖车来的挺快。事后LD问警察要REPORT，警察说要在
MA RMV网站上REQUEST。LD也没记下前面肇事司机的INFO。
回家在RMV网站上看，确实有CRASH REPORT REQUEST，但是要求等4个星期， 还要收20
块钱。
有没有别的方法拿到这个REPORT？LD下个月就回国了。

speeding ticket，说我55开到了74，超了19。罚款倒是不多（
90），就是保险要涨点，怕影响明年保险。ticket上三个选项：
1. payment; 2. request waiver hearing; 3. request trial
如果我选2，好像就是认罪，向法官解释当时情况。网上查了下，好像最好的结果是给
个啥probationary period取消涨点。最坏的情况除了保险涨点，交court fee外，会不
会罚款增加？
驾龄10多年了，第一次被警察开ticket，之前就是parking ticket或者camera
speeding ticket，应该不在driving record里吧？这样值得花时间request waiver
hearing吗？还是乖乖交罚款认涨点算了？ |

都没收到。刚又打了电话问情况，接线的说7/16寄了封信给我，不知为什么还没收到。
信上说我的request在under review，it may take 45 days to process，现阶段她们
什么都不能做，因为我已经有一个request在pending，也不能重新submit。哭死，等这
么长时间还叫expedite吗？我interview的公司说没有EAD不能出offer letter，他们现

因为3个星期后就失业了。。电话service request了EAD expedite request.今早收到
邮件说要补材料，但是没有写明要补什么材料。打电话去USCIS，他们说要补evidence
to support EAD expedite request. 之前打电话的时候选了1. severe financial
loss,现在要补材料的话就是公司出证明要把我解雇？申请的时候是EB1A，如果出这个
证明不就证明我要失去工作了？会不会引发485 RFE？其实RD 是7.7. 都超过两个月了
，也不知道为什么还没批下来。

Monday is Initial Review,then today become Request for Evidence Response
Review. It seems to skip the intermediate status: Request for Evidence.
Is it normal? Anyone has this experience?

outside normal processing time。交上去后马上会有自动回复给你一个request
number，然后说多少天给你official reply。我上周收到一个case status update的
email，今天收到一个正式的回复。希望对你有用。
