这一年里，我送别了结婚17年相依相伴的老公。

or contact the city and point the error to the build. They will have to
fix it at their cost.
Be aware, all builders, no matter how reputable they are, use

我们小镇的地方选举。当年我们是无知无畏，两眼一抹黑，啥也不知道，一路上他得到
了很多人的帮助，非常幸运，最后顺利地被选上了。这几年，因为他参与的事情接触的
人，我近距离接触了北加州大大小小的政府官员，对如何参政，和政界人物之间的关系
也有一些非常粗浅看法。今天是太闲了，写出来，也许对想参政的人有些小小的帮助，
也许没有。不管怎么，娱乐一下大家也好。
1）其实在北加州湾区这一带，华人参政的比例并不低，我看到City Council Member中
，很多亚裔，更有趣的是，很多非亚裔的太太是亚裔。但是在County level, State
level, 亚裔比例就低了。不知道是时机还没到，还是文化，或玻璃天花板的原因。毕
竟City level, 什么党派无所谓，最重要的是知名度。美国很多的选民，并不会深入了
解候选人的背景，而是靠有没有听说过你这个人来决定是否选你的，这种现象造成了有
些候选人没有其他办法，不惜去故意制造反面的曝光机会。在他们看来，nothing is

是reputation不错，上1M的房子应该是北Fremont最多的，比Ardenwood还要多，当

发帖数: 3417 | 27 这个区去年应该是Fremont成交量最高的区，去年我都有种错觉觉得这个区所有的房子
都卖了一遍了，今年还有房子上市我都觉得蛮惊讶的。
这个区因为成交量比较多，周围comp多，虽然学区一般，但是reputation很好，
我觉得是Fremont最快涨起来的区之一，去年很抢，而且已经涨了很多。不少大
lot房子都卖到了1个million以上，甚至卖到1.3， 1.4。现在价位有些高原期。
今年转过年来感觉就不如北边American High卖的快了。
那边确实环境很好。房子维护的也好。很多房子明显做过大的改动 (floorplan变得更宽
敞)，说明owner愿意花钱整房子，而不是卖之前草草做点表面的东西，跟普通老房子
社区不太一样。
火车我觉得问题不大。真正的Glenmoor在Central以南，铁路跟Central中间虽然是
Glenmoor学区，但是地理区划上不属于Glenmoor, 也不交Glenmoor HOA， 整体
环境也差很多。 那条铁路火车过的也不是很频繁, 只是偶尔周末白天在家才会听到
鸣笛。平时下班之后就很少听到了。

包裹里面往往包含几个部分，比如任何一个工资结构都有的基本工资这一项。但除了基
本工资外，科技公司的包裹一般还包含股权激励,入职奖励, 甚至年终目标奖励等。一
般每个公司的包裹里面包含的组成部分还会不一样，比如有的公司没有入职奖励与年终

I currently have AHS(American Home Shield) which has a bad reputation to
deny claim. When I have a repair, I have to pay $60 upfront and use the
contractor AHS selected. First, the contractor is not reputable. Second, the
contractor tries to conclude that your problem is caused by improperly
installation which AHS can refuse to pay the cost based on the contract.

没有枪是完美的。
有的枪设计好些，扎实些，但是枪都会有问题，别人没问题自己还可能碰上lemon呢。
Glock Smith XD HK SIG，最起码我能大概知道大伙常出问题的地方在哪里。比如我
的M&P trigger return spring 五六千发后有的人断了，我最起码可以先几块钱买一个
放着，平时擦枪时留意看着。
而FN Walther表示怀疑，因为要么枪型很新，要么样本较少，哪是弱点，我都不知道。

单纯考虑管子精度，我记得杂乱看过一些,比如Mr Noveske指定PacNor用设备按要求做
出blanks,然后再自己完成不锈钢管子的最后成品工序。还有枪机和枪膛的fitting...
