法。因为你谈到hardt的naivety，还有福柯的governmentality，我分成两部分回答。
先来说hardt的empire，关于hardt所预测的资本全球化将导致反抗力量自发形成联盟，
是基于理论，基于辩证法。如果用毛的理论预言来表达，那就是，哪里有压迫，哪里就
有反抗。全球化的压迫，必然带来全球化的反抗。我们如果要证明hardt的论点naive，
就需要先论证造反有理naive，也就是要论证马克思主义naive，更进一步的说，要证明
黑格尔辩证法的naive。而你提出的hardt理论论点naive依据，恰恰不是对其理论基础
的批判，而是基于现象，也就是基于目前全世界无产阶级尚未联合起来的现象，这显然
是不充分不成立的。因为从过程来看，随着套在全世界受压迫者脖子上的绞索越来越紧
，全球性的反抗行动也正在日渐形成。
我们在10年前，5年前，甚至于1年前，恐怕难以想象美国，英国，法国，意大利等诸多

我们可以借鉴金融压抑（Financial repression）的概念分析一些经济现象。美国
经济学家McKinnon提出金融压抑的概念，主要是指政府将存款利率控制在通胀水平以下
（从而形成负利率），并通过对资本流动、国内金融机构及金融市场的控制，让居民接
受负利率。
在中国，利率一直没有市场化，央行对利率的调整，不是像美联储那样去调整基准
利率，而是将整个利率曲线进行调整，并对存贷款利率同时调整（也即控制银行所得到
的利差）。但是，这里的问题是中国的存款利率在大部分时间都是低于通货膨胀的，居
民的储蓄存款长期面临负利率。
负利率本身其实也并不是一个问题。问题是对很多人（尤其是低收入人群）来说，
除了将储蓄存入银行外，其资金并无其他出路。这是因为中国金融市场的发展不够完善
，缺乏有效的投资手段。中国居民的投资基本局限于股市与楼市。A股市场因种种不足

留学美国，不是一个人的故事能够概括的，何况很多有着辛酸与成功经历的
predecessors早已对这一话题有过充分的阐述。比如，某个女博士用7年时间从某理工
科PhD转到Law School读JD，最后找到理想工作，但却失去了爱情，逝去了青春的故事
；以及某个十万男，拿着滕校学位，经历各种竞争淘汰，拿到华尔街某银行高薪工作后
，发现蛋疼，生不出孩子，老婆吵着要离婚的故事；当然，也还有某高材生，被骗回国

need any help from anyone. Secondly, Chinese didn't have the life & death
experience as a race like the Jews. Jews were close to extinction therefore
they have to stick together. No only they help each other, they also require
