言论自由源自于西方启蒙思想的自然权利说。白左常见行为就是不许对手说话，政
治正确的红线绝对不能碰。为什么作为历史上左派继承人的现代白左反对言论自由呢？。
法兰克福学派的哲学家Herbert Marcuse于1965年把言论自由发展为有限言论自由
理论（Repressive Tolerance），认为言论自由本身是不自由不宽容的，因为进步的/
弱势群体的声音小，会被保守的/主流优势群体压制，所以言论自由必须加以限制，必
须主动压制主流群体的声音，放大弱势群体的声音，社会才能进步。到底什么样的言论
应该压制呢？Marcuse认为包括反对革命的，反对社会主义的，反对进步的，总之就是
一切非左派的言论都应该压制。中国人看这个也不新鲜，这不就是中国政治教科书里讲
的人分人民和敌人，人民有言论自由而敌人没有，反革命言论不配有自由。不新鲜不奇
怪，因为法兰克福学派也继承自马克思，自称为新马克思主义者。
有这套说法在，当代白左压制言论自由时，就是理直气壮的。西方主流媒体的从业

老鼠基因能表达，有很小的物种不兼容的可能性你的不表达，很小。
如果相应的Human orthologue不表达，有两种可能，A缺少TF，B分化过
程中被actively epigenetically repress了。如果你得基因是一个重要
的调控基因，那么恭喜，很可能human copy是cis repress了，你得老鼠基
因有比较大的概率仍然可能表达；如果你得是一个下游基因，那么多半不表
达是因为A，那就没辙了

truncation mutation，想找到Hes1 responsive element。

过表达与KD都做了，qPCR/western都显示其表达的变化依赖于这个转录因子的dosage。
现在转录因子的threshhold我已经确定出来
这也是我的解释之一。问题是为什么不同的dosage，招募的co-factor不一样？
这种可能性比较低，除非这个转录因子（A）在不同的dosage下激活了别的转录因子（
比如B），B对A的靶基因起到相反的作用。可惜我们现在的实验不支持这一点，
这种情况下，也只是维持的一个平衡，应该不会出现我的说这种现象吧？
是的，很多转录因子即具有activation，也有repression的作用,但已报道的（据我的
搜索）的，activate与repress的是不同的靶基因；同时激活和抑制同一个靶基因的，
这种情况我暂时没找到相关报道。这也是我发帖探讨的原因。 |

原先的故事是ARC520通过iRNA抑制HBsAg表达(HBsAg knockdown) de-repress人体免疫
系统 使免疫系统能肃清HBsAg 甚至sero-conversion产生anti-HBsAg 从而达到功能性
治愈
临床病人一共7个cohorts 可以分为四类 有核苷类药物用药史HBeAg阳性 有核苷类药物
用药史HBeAg阴性 无核苷类药物用药史HBeAg阳性 无核苷类药物用药史HBeAg阴性 用了
ARC520后 只有无核苷类药物用药史HBeAg阳性的病人有显著效果 HBsAg平均减少1.5log
其他三类效果没有预想的好 在0.2-0.3log之间
黑猩猩在用药前给了一段时间的核苷类药物(恩替卡伟) 给了ARC520后效果跟人反应类

里的困惑及梦境是由于自己习惯于repression不好的心情，那么这个治疗的方法也是很
明显的了。
我觉得MM没有什么大的问题，不过可以考虑看个心理医生，擅长Psychoanalysis的那种
, 医生会帮助你释放那些曾经被你repress的情绪。不良情绪经过释放后，MM的心情应

心会得到暂时的平静，但同时也为今后的Anxiety留下了隐患。

i am a native american and have not been paid by the chinese government for
the following comments:
the dalai lama may not have owned slaves but he was the head of a theocratic
repressive feudal politcal formation that 'owned' serfs.
these serfs were forced to work the land of the church in order to feed the
religious and political administration of tibet, much like serfs in the
european middle-ages who had to serve their masters. they were not given a
choice - |
