公元2014年3月17日，洛杉矶，加州众议会议长派瑞兹(John Perez)宣布，宣布，在
SCA5提案撰写人赫南德兹（Ed Hernandez）的要求下，加州众议会将不会对SCA5采取任
何行动。派瑞兹表示，根据目前的情况，他认为SCA5既不会在众议会投票中通过，也不
会对某些族裔入学率降低作出改善。并将该提案送回至参议院。由于前些日子里加州参
议员变动，导致民主党失去了2/3多数。因此SCA5将无法再次通过加州参议院表决。（
SCA5是宪法修正案，需要加州参议院2/3多数通过才能进入众议院）
至此，从2月初开始的，为期近一个月的反对SCA5的华人抗争活动取得了初步胜利。这
也是新一代华人在美国政治抗争的第一次重大胜利，将写入美国华人的史册。

全在我控制中，但自己还是憋着打不出自己的风格。
我觉得我还是得叫出来才打得好。这次场比赛，我比较接近于Agassi的风格吧， 快步
， 加不断的给自己打气 "c'mon!!" "Let's go!!" "this is it!!"一类的。 对手后来
也注意到这点， 感觉他刻意的有些要放慢节奏， 当我准备好接球时， 他有时会调调
线， 我并不想站着等， 所以就退后几步原地小跳， 等他准备好发球再上前。 可能他
觉得这对我没用所以搞了几次也就没继续。 接发他有时会慢慢走到接发位置，我就退
后转身调线， 基本进入无他人状态。 可以说是斗智斗勇吧。
我觉得气势上我完全战胜了他。 因为热身时他和我rallies 很潦草，发球也就一边3个
。一副很不屑的样子，发完球后也有种高高在上的感觉(虽然他的确是高高在上，2.03m
). 我也一副不屑他的样子，一点没露对他发球有任何示弱或无奈的表情。到后来，他
越走越慢， 有些迷茫的感觉， 直到他2-3 hold 住了自己的发球局 （我有好几个

向晚意不适，驱车登古原, 正是当时的心境。车到山顶，俯瞰全城，这是一座中世纪就
有的城市。几座风格迥异的教堂，在芸芸众生的楼宇间脱颖而出，高高的塔尖，直指天
际。而山顶上这座城堡却几近坍塌，也许曾经是一座要塞，不过总让我想起巴黎的巴士
底狱。我想，也许雷电交加的雨夜，这里风景会更好看。
音乐是有魔力的，这毋庸置疑。这首曲子，从车里的收音机里缓缓放出，让我一下把视
线抬高，掠过芸芸的楼宇，略过红砖教堂矗立的塔楼，去寻找更远处——那灰黑与蔚蓝
的天际线。那些绝望或是挫折的阴霾，一下就被这一阵清风吹开。这个秋风萧瑟的早晨
，刚才还是万物凋零，可现在却像受到了大地母亲的抚慰。。。

过，但是对电影记得不太全了，虽然男主也很帅，唯一记忆深刻的是书里的故事情节。
这本书虽然不厚，但是涵盖的话题太多了，尤其适合young adult读，里面有
bully,有rape,有sin,有repent,有brotherhood。。。有欺压，有成长。。。总之太多
了。看完此书，你会发现有些痛和苦，是多么的让人觉着心疼和无助。生活里的不平等

It's not about forgiveness.
Forgiveness is a lot harder than you think.
To err is human, to forgive, divine.
When the wound is still open and bleeding, when repressed anger has not
dissipated, there is no true forgiveness.
Time can heal, wounds heal and anger fades.
What helps the most is the wrong doer's sincere repentance and apology.That
would help a lot for the victim to heal and move on.
