刚给媳妇买的笔记本，thinkpad x230，删了一个自带的杀毒软件准备装卡巴，结果重
启之后发现进不了系统，一直都是preparing automatic repair.无法进入safe mode,
无法从external DVD进入恢复，无法用WinPE 进入系统，无法指定boot priority，网
上的攻略无果。跪求大神指教啊！ |

2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是

发帖数: 8210 | 49 看了看《波茨坦公告》和《开罗宣言》的原文，比照了一下网上的中文翻译，发现基本
是半个世纪前的语言而且错误不少，所以，重新翻译了一下，供大家研究。
其实，感到《波茨坦公告》写得很牛逼，估计是美国已经造好了原子弹，底气十足。
但相比之下，《开罗宣言》由于产生于1943年12月1日，相对比较笼统，遣辞也保守了
很多。
当然，至于日本的领土，国家，军队，产业等界定，有些说得蛮具体，可以搞一搞。

内的46国签署了本合约。 这一合约是1945年7月美国主导签署《波茨坦公告》结束二次
世界大战后的收尾细则。 其中对日本与相关战时和战后各国的主权，利益，领土，赔
偿等作了相对具体的规定。 涉及到日本领土，赔偿和中国的部分有一下几个具体条款：

第２款：日本放弃对台湾、澎湖的所有权利、名称与要求。
