did not buy at last. She has no issue about it. And every time, she
explained in detailed which part of the house need reparing/replacement, how
much it will cost, which renovation adds value and which not, etc. Very

同意的价钱一样。好在inspection之后要了几千刀reparing credit，
心里感觉好一些 :-)
不过很不明白的是这1年zillow上显示的整个town的房子value在缓慢
上升，可是我买的房子和附近的地区价格一直下跌。2个月前offer
达成时zillow估价比现在高近2万刀，现在zillow估价有达到我们
成交价格的趋势。为什么我们这附近房子估价下降呢？ |

现一楼laundry room天花板有一处裂开。inspector说可能是二楼bathroom装修时漏水
造成的。检查发现二楼没有继续漏水，天花板湿度OK。
请问这种情况需要找mold inspection吗？主要天花板都裂开了，不知道里面情况如何？
另外，seller disclosure上面说11,14年有两次small roof leaking，HOA repared.
inspection的时候屋顶没有发现明显的mold痕迹。请agent要修缮报告，agent说11年的
可能没有，14年的报告应该只有x年x月x日屋顶漏水，修理费xx元这样的记录。
请问南加condo的hoa修缮报告真的都是这样吗？
还有,agent说屋顶漏水很正常，南加这种地方，基本不会有mold的问题，也不会影响到
天花板。我的担心是3年漏两次，而且在南加这种少雨的地方，是不是有点频繁？而且
roof已经15年了，以后会不会更加频繁？

撰文评论欧债危机，认为现行主要解决方法都无法奏效，必须靠外汇存底丰厚的中国大
陆解囊相救。
在这篇题为「只有中国能救欧洲」的评论中，札卡瑞亚认为，希腊经济规模只占欧盟的
2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币
基金将能用这笔款项，救助深陷债务泥淖的欧洲国家，但同时也要设下前提，唯有该国
致力于财政改革，才能获得援助。
