最近新出来一个房子，价格合理，位置不错，看过了户型结构也满意。只是看到zillow
上咋个房子上半年卖过一次，然后又撤了，过了四个月才又出来卖。让agent帮忙查一
下背景。
Agent动作很快。原来上次有过offer,结果inspection 发现structural的问题，就撤了
。房主这几个月把上次查出的问题进行了structural repair,并由同一个inspector出
具了一个报告，说明上次的问题已经解决，所以又可以上市了。我们自己看不出问题，

上搜不到相关帖子），简单地小结一下。一句话就是，RAID repair/extend是最耗时的
，而且在DSM的限制下只能顺序做而不能并行，为了节省时间、pipeline你的操作，最
好把repair/extend放在最后做。如果顺序不对，三天就可以完成的操作可能要等一周
以上。
具体来说（尼玛为什么找不到文档和讨论），就是，如果某一个 disk group 在repair
/extend的时候，下述操作是允许的：
0. Perform data scrubbing on another disk group
但下述操作均不被DSM允许，必须要等当前disk group repair完：
1. 终止repair/extend该disk group——唯一的终止办法是强行拔出该disk group里所
有硬盘，crash掉重来。
2. Repair/extend其他disk group——必须一个disk group一个disk group地顺序
repair，无法同时做。

我要解释一下，
我压根不是做DNA damage/repair的，我有兴趣的一段疾病相关的序列repetitive
simple sequence，根据各种原因我相当怀疑是和DNA damage/repair相关的。我的
hypothesis是：这段疾病相关的repetitive序列或许更加vulnerable to 外界的DNA
damage， 或者DNA repair的修复能力跟其他普通序列不同，从而能为疾病机制提供新
的发现
我看了大部分DNA damage/repair领域的文章，我感觉大部分的工作都是global的比如
测量一下DNA损伤的marker比如H2AZ或者H3k56ac的level。但我的兴趣一定是需要精确
到DNA-specific或者gene-specific的
能精确到sequence-specific的我能想到的也就是PCR了

for most of the standard cars.
Ban Jin means the door has dent(s) and neeeds to be repaired to the original

cheap by a good body shop.

基本做法是blood cell先用MMS （Methyl methanesulfonate）treat大概2hrs，用PBS
洗干净，重新用新鲜的medium培养被损害过的cell让其进行repair，2hrs，4hrs,
24hrs
然后qPCR来扩增我感兴趣的genome region
我的预期是，MMS引起的dna damage比如double-strand break会在后面的2hrs, 4hrs,
24hrs自行修复
但qPCR出来的实验结果是：Ct value随着2hr, 4hr, 24hrs越来越大，也就是说DNA 含
量越来越小，和我的预期正好相反
不知道有没有做DNA repair的高手解释下这是咋回事？

的是什么,因为MMS诱导的damage类型很复杂，DSB只是可能性之一。取决与你想研究的

对于MMS sensitivity, 比较经典的assay有survival curve, pulse field

从你的描述，感觉你倾向于认为你的locus of interest可能undergo DSB upon
