他就是没提呀，如果当时写offer的时候说清楚了，我的报价就会不一样，或者我根本
就不考虑这个
房子了。也不用花400多块钱来做inspection. 况且我们还是被卖家找回去的。。。

没足够现金给down pay。 我说了，这个seller repair credit可以直接deduct 或
toward closing cost. 如果房子是250k, deduct seller repair credit 10k, 他的
mortgage是240k, 需要付48k 的down pay. |

房主也没有document for treatment.只有代理口述是2010年重新做浴缸时发现下面有
白蚁. annual inspection report只到2010年后. 现房主说只能有买后的报告,没有前
房主的.是这样吗, 还是房主隐瞒?
当心以后卖房是被下家要证明,我拿不出来卖不了房.
建议继续催要证明吗?

刷过油漆的Ceiling修补和没过油漆的Ceiling修补有比较大的区别，特别是清除就有的
颗粒Texture, 因为刷过油漆所以不能像我之前几期在YouTube里分享的修顶的方法来清
理表面喷涂层，
这一期视频里分享的修补步骤大致如下：
一、用小批灰铲尽量清除表层已刷过油漆的旧texture,
二、用按上50号粗打磨片的打磨机打磨去填补腻子，
三、加固裂缝处的两片drywall,
四、打磨处刷上primer,
五、批上第一遍腻子，
六、等第一遍腻子干透后，批上第二遍腻子‘
七、腻子干透后喷primer或刷上primer、
八、墙体遮盖保护、
九、喷上ceiling texture

上说的，ANY REVITALIFT CLINICAL REPAIR 10，但是我买的是REVITALIFT DEEP-SET
WRINKLE REPAIR，这个符合标准不呀？真是晕。
然后表上说要UPC CODE，可是那个YOUTH CODE的GEL CLEAHSER，只有瓶子，没有外包装
，难道要把那层薄膜剥下来？
就算所有REBATE到手，我还是付了4刀多+税，如果收不到REBATE，那就是14刀多+税，
太不划算了呀，RA的10刀UP REWARD倒是已经收到，就不想退呀，麻烦指点下，谢谢。 |

天啦！一去吓死人啊，虽说inspection都是$35，可人家因为左车前灯要收我$500，还给
了我Fail。今特意把经历写下来，供同胞们参考。我和邻居们一说此事，有三个邻居被
她们黑过，还有邻居和Mike吵过架。都怪我，事先也没打听打听。
我的车一个月前刚在Herb Chambers Honda换过油，他们帮我check过，一切OK。

第一，车的rear bump右边有点儿松了，这样不安全啊！第二，更重要的是你的左前灯
有大问题啊，左前灯的灯束朝下，不朝前。
我已经给了你FAIL了。你的车有safety defects，must be fixed immediately.
我问：那这两个问题修好要多少钱啊？
Mike说：那得好几百吧。

年初车被松鼠咬伤，修了 $2700

今天下班有追尾了。我在101上，前面full size van突然停车，我就撞上去了。
结果这家伙逃走了。我pull over, 车已经很惨了。发现漏了液体，以为是coolant,就想着趁漏
