后院邻居将许许多多的杂物堆在fence边上, 导致dence向我家后院倾倒. 我之前不知道
是他家堆的杂物堆太多, 还以为是太旧, 被风吹倾斜啦. 我就写了封信给那家的owner,
要求repaid 并平分cost, 但是没有得到任何回复. 但是昨天我拿梯子上去一看, 被吓
倒啦. 整个后院子都堆满破旧的东西, 很多都堆在fence上. 我后来在清理杂草的时候
见他家院子有人, 就问他是否是屋子主人. 他说不是.我跟他说, 你们家的杂物堆在
fence上将fence压倒啦. 麻烦你将他们清理, 好等我们请人来修理. 他说, ok, 我立刻
会叫人清理. 但是一整天啦, 都没见他有动作. 请问这种情况, 我该如何处理最为妥当

2010买房申请了8000credit,2012把房子卖掉了,损失了1万多,这种情况下还要退还
8000 credit吗?我看了form 5040,好像亏损的情况下不需要退还了,但是不确定,问

Your understanding is not correct. You are paying the interest of what you
owed to the bank + some of the principal. next month you pay less interest
because you owed less (you have repaid some principal last month). Same idea
applies to any loan including the car loan.

发现在三家的report里都有一条nagative,说我owe debt on 33% of revolving
accounts。我实际有三张卡,cl分别是1000,2500,3500,这个cl都显示在信用报告里的
,说明三家应该有这个信息。可是我只在2500那张卡有个167刀的balance(这个
balance也是按时还了的),其他两张卡的balance都为0。这个33% 的 debt是啥意思,
是说三张卡里有一张有debt吗?这个为啥会影响信用分数啊?不是说只要保持balance

应该是宝宝在REM(Repaid Eye Movement),宝宝睡觉有周期的,60分钟 Deep Sleep
,60分钟REM,REM的时候爱哼哼,抱他起来反而吵醒他。我们家不抱。饿的时候的哼哼

I know, but I believe this is not a regular recession we used to see in the
post-WWII era.
It is the inflection point from which the US is in for a long term decline.
The debt-driven growth in the past 20 years and massive abuse of US$ as
reserve currency needs to be repaid. Just look at the total US debt
including all the unfunded government obligations. The US$ and bond are way

(AP) -- The government said Monday that it will sell its remaining shares of
Citigroup common stock and expects to turn a profit on its $45 billion
bailout of the giant bank.
The Treasury Department said that it will sell approximately 2.4 billion

Scenario one:
normally a lender lends some money (personal loan) to a borrower. if the
money cannot be repaid later, then I think:
1) the lender can claim a bad debt credit, as a capital loss on schedule D.
2) the borrower needs to report the forgiven debt as an income (either
business or personal). So IRS gets something to compensate the tax loss from
1).
Scenario two:
Now if the borrower is a foreign person, or a foreign company, can the
lender still do the similar thing to get the credit?

According to IRS, it needs to be repaid in 15 equal annual installments
beginning with the second tax year after the year the credit is claimed. I
guess we have to repay $500 back starting next year (in 2010 tax return).
