个米。你renton一年升30k，但房价才500k。你自己手头要是没那么多现钱，却要死撑
百万豪宅，地皮升值全叫利息吃了去。再者，只要不交易，不管你拿来自住还是出租，
地价多少与你无关。但月供会实打实地影响你的生活质量。
关于学区，地价很大程度上取决于学区。你今天买了10/10/10的房子，学区过两年可能
变成12/11/13么？反倒是你要操心各种低端人口涌入之后拉低学区分数和房价。但如果
你买了学区3/4/5的房子，反正没娃上学，你第一不用交那么多地税养横竖用不着的学
校，第二说不定哪天修了个新学校，学区分数涨到8/8/7，你不就赚了？换句话说，顶
级学区房，地价只会因为学区变差而跌；烂学区房，地价却会因为学区变好而上升。 |

不过奇怪的是Renton这个房子property tax并不低，每个月也要500多，看看跟有些
Sammamish和Bellevue的房子都差不多了。
我们的观点也是买房不能对生活造成明显影响。
另外一位姐姐说这种结构的房子basement可能会有渗水的风险。综合种种原因，后来没
有出offer，当天下午pending了。 |

个小pellet，尿了之后就变成粉末，用那种漏铲把它铲到马桶里，抖进去冲走。

came.)
My suggestion is to reserve at Renton, WA.( if time allow!) it was at least
9 times cheaper! Take taxi airport to Renton( very close less than 10 miles
. it will not cost you too much.)
PS. Rental car at Renton does not open 24 hours. and only 5 days a week.
This is the tricky part.

查了下carfax report, 显示是clean title，第一任车主在04年有过两次accidents,
但似乎影响不大。
第二任车主入手只买了一个月，现在就要出售，这点我感觉很诡异，问他，说是他有辆
LEXUS的SUV，习惯了大的空间和视野，觉得AUDI空间太小了。
有没有老鸟能给我一点指点的，打算周六去看车，小弟驾车经验一般，如果有隐藏的小

最近在看第一套房，budget在400k左右，现在选了两个

Issaquah Highlands，$400k,1630sf, 3bed, 有一个很小很小的fenced yard。
优点：好学区，周围小区建设不错，有tennis court，basketball court，很多公园。
缺点：贵
B、
Renton， $280k，1680sf，3bed，yard比较大。
优点：便宜，所在的小区在Renton除去Issaquah School Distric的区里面算是不错的
，小学9分，中学8分
缺点：只有一个公园，没有其他公共设施，周围的小区都不怎么地
