大家对这个地区熟悉吗，学区是Renton好不好？ 小孩明年上K， 想搬到个好学区，但
Budget只有650K， Sammamish和Issaquah的有点小贵。。。 |

which belongs to Issaquah school district. 3000ft around 500k. |

send your kids to private school after that.
Also, considering resell value, school district is a key factor. |

sammamish 就可以算好区了
即使bellevue新房也不少70w的
没这么大就是了

school district. The rest belongs to Renton school district. The price is
also significantly higher if a new house is located in Issaquah school
district, even just cross street. If anybody consider East Renton, make sure
the house is in Issaquah school district. |

The very south part of Bellevue belongs to Renton school, and the very
southeast part of Bellevue belongs to Issaquah school. Not sure if some part
of Bellevue belongs to Lake Washington school district. |
