成了后，就不要太纠结，房子没有完美的。 如同你的伴侣没有完美的一样。
我上个月自己也完完全全走了一通 buyer remorse 的路。 Inspector很厉害，也很猛
。每次跟他谈完话，我就不想要我的那个房子。 后来房子退了。最终还是决定买（这
个过程折腾了我的律师和做贷款的）。 下个星期就要成交了，我还是觉得很高兴，

是巨大一笔value ”。
大宗买卖客户抢房心气太燥会多给钱，等睡了一觉起来常会“事后反悔”，冲agent撒
气， 这类事件常发生， 行业里给这类现象起个名字叫“buyer remorse”。
还有，offer接受之后还有很长的路要走，如果客户给多了钱，他们不再考虑“time is
value”, 而是想方设法退出，这时买家的emotional action 对于seller 来说是极大
的损害。
Lender Appraiser有时并不认同买家出的价格，因此买家额外要掏一笔出来补上。
