现在有个东西忘了做Rebate，错过了最后申请的时限想去退掉，看收据上写着1月7号前
可以退。

是小二忽悠了我么？

the card. Prepaid cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Specific terms and

Refund Policy: Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with
