is one of the fastest, but I guess if you really want to
get around with it, you have to modify the way you code your
program. I remebered seeing somewhere MySQL has a low level
locking mechanism, you can use it instead of normal locking
occurred in "insert" and "update". Or you can get rid of the
locking completely if you program is single thread and you
want to take the risk. It will really speed up the whole thing.

available space in heap is huge because of virtual memory. In addition, heap
is well managed so that error is returned if your memory allocation request

stack. In linux, some systems have default limitation about the stack size.

channel? It has two configurations, one for high K and the other for low K. So
I can envision the pump should at least have two configurations.

to capture the modified DNA strands.
Is your DNA come from cell or clinical sample? You can wash modified DNA
with TE buffer or your kit buffer a couples of more times to make sure
templates clean. Sometime I did have strange melting curves from clinical samples due to inpurities from biofluids. Or you can dilute your templates to see if there is any change.Even sub-nanogram concentration should work.
