。C有点烂，我不是很想去。我现在和DOD联系，找不到assigned officer, HELPDESK说
必须先在网上填了有关信息（包括接受不接受，有没有换单位，新单位的联系方式，要
不要transfer grant, 和联系信息）以后，人才会联系我。问题是现在僵在这里，我根

每读一次就不得不再次感慨当时立国之父们的英明及远见。他们在北美这块土地上，抛

A French warplane has destroyed a Libyan plane which had been flying in
breach of the UN no-fly zone, French officials say.
The plane, a smaller trainer aircraft, had just landed in the besieged city
of Misrata when it was attacked, they say.

Dozens of coalition missiles have already hit military bases, with the aim

Wrong. TG completely misread the situation. It was Japan who was very
eager to establish formal relationship with China ahead of US. They could
very well have pressured Japan into relinquish control of the islands, at
very least, establish the historical ownership of the island. I remember
reading somewhere that Japanese leaders were surprised at how easy that
issue was shelved. |
