了。后来收到信说W-7无法处理，要补交材料，就补了材料，结果不知寄丢了还是怎么
的现在告诉我W-7被reject。。。听说reject W-7之后会分配一个临时的ITIN给tax
return用，就是说还是能退税的，是真的吗？

The reason is that the evidence is not sufficient enough for an exemption
from the job offer requirement.
Basic background:
Ph.D from a US university
postdoc in a top 20 university
Biomedical science
Two publications, both first authors
Only 4 citations for one paper, one reason is that the paper is just
published. Another reason is that my field is a new one, and not many people
are working on it.
This is the main reason for rejection as I didn't stand |

没有权限查看了。他们也没有file service request， 只说等待通知。
不知道有没有类似于皮匠blog这么全面的文章是针对这种情况的。
另外不知道版上有否类似的情况，一般在被reject多久后会收到什么样的通知呢？能否
列一下timeline。
听说需要5年所在地的certificate from police department。请问这个certificate是
可以walk in去申请的，还要凭USCIS的notice去申请。 |

about.
My lawyer said that was a big mistake by USCIS. He don't want to say his
fault of filing to the wrong address. Anyway, I do agree that the USCIS
acceptance did make this frustrating. If they returned the whole original
application material, the situation is much simple.

我左手每个手指指纹都被REJECT，但老太太也就不管，就这样，继续照相，而且趁你没
注意时照的，极难看。我问她机器都显示REJECT，行吗？她也不说啥，就说OK，我郁闷

运气实在是太差。PERM audit后被reject了。马上appeal。在这段时间因为公司关闭了
东岸的site，内部transfer到西岸。又file了第二个PERM。现在收到Board of Alien
Labor Certification Appeals的信，要求决定是否要继续appeal first PERM。公司律
师不建议，理由是由于东部的工作已经没有了，first PERM被拒的可能性很大。同时因
为第二个PERM也在申请，如appeal，有可能对第二个PERM也有不好的影响。
关键是第一个PERM的优先日期比第二个的早3年。本来还想能用第一个PERM的优先日期。
有没有人有相关的经验？该不该冒险赌一把？ |

再让打，最后又显示reject。但是工作人员也不告诉是否意味着通过还是不通过，只是
说FBI
会决定通过没有。
估计是手太干了，大家冬天去打指纹最好先护养手一段时间。别太掉以轻心了。 |

我厚厚一沓的140申请材料他却没有给我issue一个rejection notice,说明他压根不知
道这是什么，怎么会有那么愚蠢的工作人员？
皮匠不是说退件前，会让io审核一遍的吗？io就这个水平？
我老公打电话给uscis，他们说现在china citizen 140 pd是在2010年3月15日，这他妈
是哪里看来的消息？
真是倒霉到极点了。

cash了应该就是受理了

EB1A，5月25日RD,为了赶6月1日的排期。rejection notice date是5月30日。
我发现我的485表expires date是10/31/17，但是最新的表是12/31/18，或许是这个原
因？但是表没有过期啊！
求问专家现在该怎么办？还能重新寄吗？重寄会不会因为不current又被退件啊？ |

夫妻两人申请，我是主申请人。
因为马虎，只交了一份申请费。
今天（6月19日）收到纸质797C rejection notice。
但是只是我一个人的资料被退回，原因“The payment amount is incorrect".
申请费没有退。
退回材料里夹了一张绿纸写着
"You are invited to resubmit your application package
after you have corrected the reasons for rejection..."
问题来了：
1. 没退申请费的意思是另一个人的还在办理吗？
也就是我再交一份申请费（加resubmit我的材料）就好？
2. 退了主申请人的材料，他们怎么处理副申请人材料？
在等着我的材料吗？
3. 我是得等到十月份re submit，还是现在就赶紧re submit呢？

概况：
5月30日两人485申请delivered， 缴费错误的原因6月19日一人被reject，
一张绿纸说邀请resubmit。
因为正常排期得10月，所以现在提交问题重重。
但是，我还是决定赌一把，趟趟血路，看能不能给大家积累点经验
今天一会就去resubmit。回头给大家通报结果。希望对两个问题的解决有帮助：
1. 是不是一定得等到10月？会不会被reject，或者keep一年；
2. 如果被接收，会不会associate到另一人的case。

reject或accept吗？我以前没有审稿经验，原以为对于大部分manuscript，reviewer都
会建议revise，然后根据修改后的情况第二次审时才决定reject或accept，但是我看好
多人列出来的审稿情况，都是比如像7稿10次，或17稿20次，等等，那也就是说大部分
的manuscript，第一次审了之后就直接给最终结果了。我现在审的文章，有些内容非常
空洞， 但是我还是想给个机会，让他们重新提供支持数据，但是感觉这样的话给我自
己也增加了不少工作量，相当于几乎每篇manuscript都要审两次。
请有经验的前辈们给些指导意见，谢谢！ |

Notice显示申请的收到日期是09/06/2011。我和老婆的申请是I-485,I-131和I-765一起
发的。所以每个人收到三张分开的Rejection Notice。
我老婆的三张Notice和我的I-131上写着：
Your application/petitiaon package was submitted with a single remittance
and on or more of the application(s)/petition(s) were unacceptable for the

time， 结果accepted了。我也忘了问问rejected会如何。你最好还是给uscis打个电话
