prints look good。再问一遍，操作大妈不高兴了，I know what I am doing, you
are done here。还说不会有事。出门去问前台，黑人大妈说被reject说明你指纹就是
读不出来。
看版上说这种情况USCIS会要求重新打一次，如果第二次依旧有指纹被reject，我当时
该怎么做啊？
据说可以要求法庭的criminal record？如何操作呢？我主动开一份证明给USCIS，还是
两次不过之后他们会要求我提交无犯罪证明？

原因：
the application or petition from has not been properly signed, and
because the proper fee of $1805.00 U.S. is not attached.
1. 我确定递交了两张check。i140的 $580银行显示已经被扣掉了, i907的$1225没有被
扣掉。（昨天i140
pp receipt已经收到了写着：amount received: $1805)。如果收到了为啥还说没收到？
2. 我在USCIS网站的status是On Dec 20, we received your form i140, receipt
number..., it is being processed at our TSC location. 没有说rejection。所以

我就是前段时间发帖说求祝福 没有身份了的那个人，我们当时想140 485 cc维持aos身
份。
我们的140 485，12月22日delivered at tx lockbox,昨天收到退件，说是485 pd不
cocurrent,苍天啊，我通篇cover letter写得都是eb1a,他偏偏把我放在485材料最低端
的niw 140 approval notice挑出来放在第二页给我寄回来。
765 131 rejection notice也都Issue了
我厚厚一沓的140申请材料他却没有给我issue一个rejection notice,说明他压根不知
道这是什么，怎么会有那么愚蠢的工作人员？
皮匠不是说退件前，会让io审核一遍的吗？io就这个水平？

，CP566上说Notarized的Passport就可以了，我以为他们把材料搞丢了，于是又寄了一
份过去，过了半个月寄来CP567说申请被Rejected了……
打电话到IRS一问，回答说Passport已经收到，CP566需要我寄别的证件…… 我说CP566
上自己说Passport就可以了……对方叽里咕噜了一堆……大意就是Passport是不够的云
云……
不管了，我又重新File了一张 W-7，附上Notarized Passport + Visa，结果今天又收
到 CP567 说被Rejected了
原因居然是我已经有ITIN了 ............... 但是这个号码怎么用呢…… |

A major technical error was picked up at this 2nd round of review by me. The
reason why I was paying extra attention to the paper at the 2nd round of
review was that the author failed to address specific points raised at the
1st round of review.
I made very detailed analysis of the error, and the associate editor

一个杂志邀请审稿，审的时提了一些修改意见，是major revision；
然后过了两个月，编辑又把作者修改过的稿件发过来让我审，我感觉修改的挺好了，
上次的提的那些comments作者已经做了相应的修改。
因此我就在提高审稿结果时说:the authors have addressed all the comments the
reviewer raised.Therefore, I suggest the acceptance of this manuscript in
its current form.然后就提交了。
可今天突然在自己的审稿系统里看到，自己已经提交过的这篇稿件又回到了未审稿件
列表里面，打开后发现多了个“reject”在系统里。

much he makes every year and he answered, 'about 10-20 k YMB depending on
projects'. Then he was asked to show his saving, which is about 80k. Right
away his application was rejected together with my mom's. The whole process
lasted ony 10-20 seconds. My parents were given neither time nor chance to
explain.
