发帖数: 113 | 1 6月份就Current了。公司律师拖了很久才发出去。结果现在还收到Rejection Notice。
Notice显示申请的收到日期是09/06/2011。我和老婆的申请是I-485,I-131和I-765一起
发的。所以每个人收到三张分开的Rejection Notice。
我老婆的三张Notice和我的I-131上写着：
Your application/petitiaon package was submitted with a single remittance
and on or more of the application(s)/petition(s) were unacceptable for the
reason(s) specified on the related Notice(s) of Action (Form I-797). Please
correct the flawed application(s)/petition(s) and resubmit the application/
petition package with the appropriate fees and any supporting documentation
to the USCIS address below.
Please be sure to complete the application fully, submit the appropriate
fees, and include all required supporting documentation.
另外我的I-765和I-485上写的是：
The principal application could not be accepted for the reason(s) specified
on the related Notice of Action (Form I-797). Therefore the processing of
all riding applications cannot continue.

我们第一次收到这种信，不是太理解究竟哪里出问题了。烦请有过类似经历的朋友帮忙
解释一下。这里就是指申请准备得不完全，并没有说具体的问题出在哪里，对吗？非常
