站上也会显示已经有人买了，这样就不会买重复了。
你不要主动给人家发单子。我觉得一般只有你自己开baby shower的情况下，可以在请
柬上注明在哪里register了，这样人家好给你买礼物。否则不就成了主动管人家要礼物
了么？Register礼物的好处就是人家知道你需要啥，不会买了你不喜欢的冬冬。坏处就
是不能找deal啦，而且有时候在网上买还得搭邮费。所以像俺这种实惠人都喜欢别人直

是Illinois 州2012 年 4 月以前考过 CPA 的可以申请 TWO TIER 的 CPA 证书，一种

REGISTERED CPA 证书 （这种也是每三年更新一次，不需要 CPE, 交钱就可以，而且永

以前的车卖了后，直接把车牌拆下来装在了现在新买的一辆旧车上。本来30天内要
register但是我第一次emission test没过，联系前车主一直没有回音，现在大概离
bill of sale上的日期过了50天了。前两天停在路口等红灯时被一辆车撞了一下，当时
警察来时没有问我关于过期没有register的问题，警察有可能是没有注意到我的车牌的
registration 纪录和车对不上号。我买的是全保，又是对方责任，本来没有必要担心
，但是刚刚查了一下，有人说如果没有及时register或者registration expired，即使
买了全保，保险公司也不管，是这回事吗？

Incorporation上的只写有公司director(A)的名字，并没有我（B）的名字。
我只在registered agent的网站数据库里记录了executive officers的名字，包括
president(A), vice-president(B), secretary(A), treasurer(B).
我的问题是：从法律角度来讲，如果需要签署商业合同文件的时候，是不是只有A的签
字时才合法有效？B的签字是否有效？
最近有一个文件指明需要a current registered executive officer签字，目前这个是
不是只能由A签字才有效。
如果我想把B变成a current registered executive officer是不是需要修改Articles
of Incorporation并在州政府file一下？还是要填其他的表格在州政府file一下？
