网上定单不给取消，硬是给运出来，说可以收到后再退会去，可是这样要自己出运费。
我想如果选择把包裹留在ups center自取，然后不理它，应该就给退回去，这样sears
还扣运费吗，运来的时候是免运费的。 谢谢。 |

dell一单相机。
货款还没charge，货已寄出，打电话cancel,客服说完成cancel了，但网页上还是显示shipped，据他说24小时内网页会update，发了ups ship label给我。
据他说算是cancel order 而不是 return。
他让我一定要接受然后再寄回。我不明白为什么一定要先接受。
求建议 该 refuse-deliver 还是accept之后再寄回去？
怕被他骗了restocking fee
事情具体是这样的：
昨天（27日）凌晨在dell下了一单
昨天下午发现有更好的deal，就准备cancel掉dell的。
先用web chat，客服居然说他们不能cancel要打电话cancel，1个月前明明用过chat来
cancel的（诡异点一）。
6pm 打电话，第一个男客服，和我说，你的信息还在process，系统不让cancel 过4个
小时再打来（诡异点二：说的很明确 4小时。。。）
10pm 再打，一个拉丁裔女客服，还是和我说暂时不能cancel，让我明天再打来。又问
我为什么cancel，我就直说你家不便宜啊有更便宜的。 她说我给你 |
