再就是大脑的兴奋信号主要是glutamate，释放后和glutamate相应的受体结合，产生电
信号，任何因子和受体结合产生信号（我想不仅仅是神经生物或者生物，包括物理、化
学）都存在两个问题，一个是饱和问题（spatial limit），一个是refractory问题（
temporal limit）
高度集中注意力，深入思考，如果都看作是大脑兴奋，刺激的大部分是掌管兴奋的神经
元，所以对有些人来说，可能会上瘾，至少是从中得到乐趣，例如棋迷，科学家等等，
那么它一定要面对上面提到的两个问题，到了某个阶段，不管你怎么企图升频哪怕是维
持，cpu会强制性的降下来，因为可被刺激的受体数量是有限的，受刺激后恢复到可再
次被刺激的时间也是固定的。

其实虽然换了mentor，实习生也会面临同样的问题。B让我陪她走了很多次T台，A没有
这样的过分举动，但对A的项目和指导，我的任务总是完成得更快，对A总是等得迫不及
待，就像是个催命鬼，催促着A帮我review，催促着他帮我想新的项目。如果说一周五
天一个小项目，我大概需要想半天左右，code一两天，而剩下的就是等待review和
review后的修改了提交了。A也很忙，整个site的test suite有事情都找他，他还要带
两个实习生，他还有自己每天的工作要做。学会等待、善待等待，也是这个实习的一门
重要功课。
后来在A的帮助下我refractory了module之间的联接，把module文件数压缩到 8 个。当
我把这些文件check in到subversion，我的标题清清楚楚地写着，补充了 ” STEL
Automation Framework ” MSTK test suite log section，后来那天，我已经能够从

发帖数: 10904 | 17 这个其实很快就有体会，确实接口看起来模糊了，你得靠文档，甚至经常需要看源码。
我想这是很多 project refractory 好几回的原因，开始时候大家都不清楚，
scripting 的大 project 本来就不多，很多时候是摸着石头过河。
从我个人的感觉来说，这强迫写接口的人写的尽量 generic, 好像写 template 一样，
而把实现的细节放到数据对象里面， focus on data 而不是 procedure. 我没参加过
什么大 project, 只能是就自己感觉随便说说。 |

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果
不其然。经过几天的等待，发现果然是要搬家了。

then got molecular CR!
One amigo (low risk) who received Anthro + ATRA. 8 wks after induction,
still cytogenetics positive.
Another (amigo intermediate risk) died during induction (Anthro + ATRA).
One of my preceptors successfully used ATO to treat a refractory APL last
Nov to Dec (Patient developed DIC and ICH).
ATO is the 1st line Chemo for APL in China but not in USA.

我朋友的父亲在国内突染重病：Myelodysplastic syndrome Refractory anemias with
excess blasts II (MDS-RAEB-II)，中文名叫：骨髓增生异常综合症，现在造血细胞
功能基本丧失，仅能通过定期输血维持，免疫力抵抗力都很弱。医生表示目前唯一能彻
底治愈的方法就是骨髓移植，但是他的骨髓型号跟他父亲并不十分匹配，现在只能暂时
开始化疗以缓解病情，正在寻求其他方法救治。
我在这里帮忙请问诸位是否遇见过此类病例？有无良方？朋友正在考虑把他父亲转移到
美国的医院来救治（朋友本人在加州湾区工作，有公司保险），请问美国有哪些治疗这
类疾病比较有名的医院？转移到美国如何操作比较好？保险上怎么处理？朋友在国内心

treat is get rid of the tumor; if no tumor found, then can do
plasmopheresis/IVIG as first line. Some even use cytotoxic agents for
refractory cases.
If get treated effectively early enough, the prognosis is not bad.
