refinance都是最佳的。
首先，要弄清楚no-cost的这个cost是什么， 它不是指所有的cost
这个no-cost单单指PART of non-recurring fee, 象appraisal fee,
credit report, lender fee, broker fee, title insurance etc. 这些费中，有些
是lender or government规定不能免的， 象appraisal, title insurance.
所以，这个no cost并不是省下很大一部分，还有， 如果no-cost,
相应interest rate要提高，所以大家选择的时候要计算清楚了。
你省下来的cost,是不是能cover以后因为interest rate增加而带来的monthly
payment增加的总额呢？ 其实说总额是很不professional,因为如果有一点
finance background的人都是知道， 应该用present value来比。

然后除以12，算成我每个月的cost，从我每个月的工资里面减掉。我的信用卡已经
pay off了，他们仍然把它算成我的Debt，而他们明明是查了我的信用的。造成的结果
就是，每个月的收入减少，Debt增加了，莫名其妙地把debt to income的比例提上去了。
这不是蛮不讲理么。
至于其它的错误，简直磬竹难书。我都不希得说了。 |

will dig around diligently. They will count your credit card mimium payment
as your debits.
I am not sure why using GC application fee as recurring cost. unless you
borrow the credit card loan?? You should ask your agent to open case to
argue.
Sometimes if your underwritter is a newbie, you will have hard time too.

么费用是recurring，他们一天还干别的吗？我觉得在这项上你要是真想争，可以问问
他们，如果你多提交几个月的支票statements，他们能不能按平均值去算。
信用卡肯定算debt，你又不是一辈子只用一次信用卡，家里过日子你每个月都要花那么
多钱，当然assume你每月都会欠那么多debt。

都会显示在上面。这个概念是相对于soft pull的。Soft pull不会显示在credit
report上且不会影响分数，hard pull多了会影响分数。
“开新的Checking Account也要向银行报告”这个说法是不正确的。银行不会管开多少
个银行账户，比如您Chase里面的钱够付down payment和closing cost了，您就只用提
交Chase的account给lender就行了。银行也不会去查您有没有开Citi，Wells Fargo，
BOA等别的账户，别的账户里面的资金流动也不会影响贷款，除非有大额存款进入了
Chase的账户。
但是，开信用卡和车贷就不一样了。Lender在close之前一般会有一次credit refresh
（soft pull）来看一看有没有新的debt，因为credit report上的新的debt会影响Debt
-to-Income Ratio.所以close之前最好不要开信用卡之类的。

1）microfiber cloth。用旧衣服dusting不是一个好主意。这种cloth不是棉的，没有

色，浅颜色弄厨房和玻璃，深颜色弄厕所和地板。专业的洗车和清洁公司也用这种，还

inferior ischemia (an obstruction of blood flow) at one point. It is
important to exam the coronary artery direct, which you did through CT
angiogram. The question is why you had the ischemia in the first place.
There could be many explanations, such as vasospasm, a transient stenosis
which luckily resolved spontaneously or many others including panic attack (
