3个月前,63K的时候我到了做60K大保养的时候,看看手册,一大堆东西,想想以前去
dealer换个油都要80大洋,想去别的body shop做60K的大保养.和同事打听有没有可以推
荐的body shop.结果人推荐去Speedee就可以拉,找张三(化名)做,他人不错.
于是去了Speedee,点名张三.一看原来是中国人,讲中文的.和他说了我的情况.张三看起
来很nice,也很有经验,而且又是同事推荐的,于是,就放心把车叫给他,请他帮忙做60K大
保养,还把车子的manual拿出来,翻到60K大保养的那一页,方便他按照manual做.张三说
没问题.打开车盖粗略的查了查,仔细的看了manual,和我说,就你这车子的情况,不需要
做那么多东西,只需要做基本的换油就可以了.我问了两遍你确定吗?张三反复看了看,恩
,确定.于是,我让他只做了基本的换油.开车走人.
开了3个月,65K,突然某天晚上,Check Engine Light在我上高速后5分钟左右如幽灵般的

现在市场最大的风险或者说缺陷还是监管层面的。金融市场的最大的特点是需要十分严
格的监管。原因是道德风险和信息不对称问题。最有上市圈钱冲动的往往是那些经营陷
入困境，质地较差的公司，而投资者们对于公司掌握的信息远远不及公司管理层本身。
监管层的最基本职责就是监督上市公司的信息披露，筛选经营稳健，真正有投资价值的
公司上市。很可惜，证监会目前做的还很不够。举两个例子：
1. 监守自盗，王益被双规后股市的十连阴，是市场一种无声的抗议。连监管层本身
都监守自盗，这股市没法玩了。还有前阵子看到的很多证监会官员摇身一变成为了众多
机构的管理者，这种说不清道不明的关系是大大的隐患。
2. 我一直无法理解为什么像投资收益这种non-recurring profit也算作每股收益里
面，看看上市公司“靓丽”财报，动辄200%，500%的增长，仔细看看，原来是投资收益
，这种watered财报真是不看也罢，真不知道证件会在把别人当傻子还是把自己当傻子
另外一个问题就是新股发行上市 |

1. ETFs have management fees too (based on asset, recurring), but usually a
lot less than a typical mutual fund's fees.
2. However, you do incur trading cost (one time) when buy/sell ETFs (like

experienced applicants of MSFT compared to fresh. Seems they only set aside
the RSU budget for fresh to make the offer more google-like because fresh
usually have more time to interview and more options at hand. It is probably
a sign that they won't give much recurring stocks after the first 4 years. |

It's considered on-campus, but since it's 40hrs/week, I need to apply for

我没有用RPN，我parse这个expression的head，找到一个一整块的sub-expression，就
是找topmost operator的左右两边，然后再用recursion

design和implement一个game的AI，尽量能赢user，有一个词典，你和电脑，一人给填
一个单词必须是词典里的prefix。如果谁放入单词的ending char，谁就输了。关键是
implement很烦。ex:
dict{ "abc", "aa"}, 你先给a, 电脑给a他就输了，所以电脑要给b，然后再轮到你，
必须给c，然后你就输了。
总体来说，apple家偏经验，algorithm很少。由于没准备就去了，挂。。。
