According to tracking this is the lowest price this has been for quite a
while. The reviews are generally very positive and my experience with this
model, while limited, is stellar.
You may be able to find a much lower price on CL or local ads as people seem
to buy new and then eventually use them as coat racks but this seems to be
a good price for a new model....or a horrible price for a towel stand.

用过你说的4,5,6,7还有扶他林，
（你贴那个连接里扶他林要卖20刀，法拉盛药店里面只要5刀左右啊），可能因人而异
，我用了都没什么效果。
另外云南白药，还有曼秀雷敦摩擦膏也比较流行，我也用过。
我感觉这些效果都不大，有缓解疼痛的效果（尤其刚开始用的时候），但是不治本。吃
点阿司匹林之类的消炎药可能效果更好(但是见效可能慢一点）。
另外也不能完全停止锻炼啊，要练练相关的肌肉，quadriceps什么的，强化肌肉是根本。
再试试move free，这个应该帮助改进关节组织的。
我现在的计划：
（1）练肌肉，gym里面有专门练quadriceps和hamstring的机器，还有recumbent的自行
车据说对稳定膝关节也很管用
（2）move free
（3）穿缓冲强的鞋，避免对膝盖的shock |

和HR都很难上100，速度只有10mph多一点。但做完以后站起来却突然觉得很爽，quads/
hamstrings/glutes都有workout过的感觉，膝盖和坐骨也没有不适，看来是不错的
