据分区
由于SSD空间太小，所以想把这部分空间也利用上

of course, you can get the recovery rebate. Your mother is your dependent,
which doesn't affect your recovery rebate. As matter as a fact, you guys

我拿fellowship，没有w2，只有1042s
ld一半RA一半fellowship，有W2和1042s
w2上的收入总共只有6960刀，如果加上1042s上的收入，有4万多
去年两人一共拿了600rebate
基本情况就是这样
我用turbotax填，根本找不到填1042S上任何数据的地方？
而且turbotax说我们可以拿2000多的EIC
这样按照我们6千多的w2收入，我们不需要交任何税，还能倒拿2000多，可能吗？
后来我们自己手填，发现如果按6000多收入，确实有2000多EIC，如果加上fellowship
收入，EIC就没有了。到底应该怎
么算呢？
还有recovery rebate， turbotax说我们能拿300，可是我们自己手填居然有零头的，
不是300的整数。可能吗？
总结一下我的问题：
1。turbotax完全找不到填1042s的地方，可以按turbotax出来的结果保税吗？
2。有可能不需要交税还可以倒拿EIC吗？

Payment (ERP) 的选项。去年报税我们也是file jointly,而且拿了economic stimulus
payment （$600, noy $1200). 我看关于Economic Recovery Payment的解释，说这个
跟去年的不一样。所以我选了both 都没有收到过, 这样taxcut就自动增加250的反税。
我想问一下这是正常的吗？ |

手还不了解这些因素，往往在开始跑的前几个星期里，由于过度地兴奋，会跑出来各种
各样的问题，笼统的归类一下，就是会出现各种伤病。造成这些伤病的原因大都是跑的
太快，里程增加的太快，那么如何可以避免呢？如何能够有效地提高自己的跑步速度，
并且不受伤呢？这就是这节的重点了，Recovery。
谈到运动后的恢复，有的人可能会问，不是休息就行了嘛？是的，休息是最正确的方式
，让你的身体进行恢复。但是休息的时间有多长，完全休息是否是提高你performance
最好的方式，就有待商讨了。宝典上面曾经提到一个相关的问题，既然是练习马拉松，
为何我们不每周跑一个马拉松，然后休息让身体恢复，下周再跑？答案很显然，一个26
.2迈对于人体的消耗非常大，之后需要休息的时间很长，这样就cancel掉跑一个全程带
来的训练提高，总体效果不佳。说到这里，可能大家已经有一个idea，所谓的recovery
，并不是跑一天休息三天，而且尽可能的在自己身体允许的范围中，进行有效的锻炼，
这样才能收到更好的效果。

发帖数: 4527 | 44 奇怪的题目，甚至连自己都觉得有点惊讶，怎么tempo还能跑出recovery的效果，但是
事实就是如此（也许今天说这话有点早，明天看效果更准确）。
周日16迈之后，双腿有些酸和累，膝盖也稍微有点酸，昨天游泳了一小会儿，好像没什
么效果。今天是计划中的9迈tempo，室内跑步机上完成。
先是2迈热身，后来看好像2迈还稍微有点短。然后5迈tempo，比上次tempo的pace快了
10秒，最后平均心率168。最大心率180，接近我的tempo zone的上限了，在第5迈快结
束的时候。然后深呼吸几口，心率又降下去了一点。这个平均心率有点水分，因为热身
之后喝水上厕所，回来的时候心率已经非常低了，所以得往上提几个点。
tempo之后cool down 2迈，9分的pace，非常放松的cool down，效果非常好的cool
down，慢慢将pace降一点，最后心率达到recovery run的标准。让我惊奇的是效果，居
然跑完之后比跑之前还fresh，看来跑后cool down的效果是很明显的。建议大家在hard
workout之后，再花上20分钟慢跑或者走，让身体能够慢慢的平稳下来。

run pace is around 6:53, that is more than 60% slower than his 5K pace.
It's not worth it to push your body on a recovery day. While it's great
that you did one 6 minute mile, you could have done, maybe 3 x 6 minute
miles on a good day in speed work. Instead, you did it on a recovery day
and you won't be able to run as high a quality the next day. |

俺的指导原则是尽量均匀给每天负载， 跟一般的hard/easy理论有点矛盾 :D
9迈基本用来做tempo, interval也都够用了..
recovery runs in the peak weeks are 6+4 (AM & PM) double. 9 miles at one
time is never truly a recovery run. |
